Fortunately this is not our first time here (!!) and we are well impressed yet, because this time... The room 410 is so small and the toilet... please don't stay at this room! |

The hotel was quite a surprise! It is very well located, within walking distance of Museums, The gran Vìa, etc., right in front of a metro station. The rooms are spacious with all the things you need to feel in a luxury hotel. It is definitely much better than what I expected for the price I paid. |

The location was ideal - close to high end shopping and less expensive shops a few blocks further. Great restaurants in area. Easy walk to the Prado. No wireless service at hotel but internet access was provided. Did not eat here because of prior reviews of expensive meals not worth the price. Drinks were overpriced at the bar, better to go out. |

Booked 2 adjoining rooms for family (with 2 children). The rooms connected with a 3rd outer door to close the units off. Beds were very large and comfortable. Rooms were pretty much soundproof (as advertised), although you could hear the floor boards creak from people walking above. Breakfast served in lobby dining room was extensive and quite good (though not cheap). At check-in staff suggested we join the hotel chain frequent visitor club ("Mas") which allowed one guest to eat breakfast for free (that turned out to be a significant savings). The location of the hotel is excellent. Highly recommended. Bathrooms are a little cramped (though not too bad by European standards). Otherwise really no complaints. |

Elegant. Quiet. Very comfortable beds. Good location. Rooms are too small for the price (unless you pay for the suites) |

Friendly, English-speaking staff. The entire hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the hallways to the the rooms: elegantly gorgeous. Everything is well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet is overly generous with a wide range of Spanish and American-friedly foods (including for kids). The room was not non-smoking. When we inquired about switching, no non-smoking rooms were available. Fortunately, the faint lingering tobacco smell that was noticeable only upon first entering the room. |

Good location, comfortable room. Although we booked an upgraded room and paid for it, the front desk allocated for us a regular room and changed it only after we saw the room and complained. |

The luxurious accommodation and the excellent service of the staff. The quality of food available in the Club Lounge and the hotel restaurant was also excellent I think the gym equipment should be more extensive. |

The hotel was beautiful, bed very confortable. The bathroom wasn`t very large and the hotel is not isolated so you can hear every noise made in the hotel. |

Staff were always helpfull. the bathroom area was too small. I also feel that in today's world - wi-fi should be included in the cost of the room. |

pretty good location, very clean, very helpful staff, good service, easy to use remote for turning on/off the light/airconditioning system a bit expensive, but beeing in the leading hotels of the world list might add a bit to the price. normal room which was the cheapest is a bit to small and the bang & olufsen tv is not really a thrill |
