gutes Frühstück, Personal gut geschult. schlechte Lage, wenn man Madrid besichtigen möchte.zu weit entfernt von der Innenstadt; mind. 30 Min. entweder mit Bus oder Metro; die Fahrt war also zu lange und beschwerlich... |

Große, schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Schöne, ruhige Lage und in Nähe öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel (Metro). In der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag ca. 2 Std. sehr lautes Geräusch im Zimmer und Hotel (Abzuganlage?). Von 0.00 Uhr - ca. 2.00 Uhr, daher absolut störend beim Einschlafen. Im Wellnessbereich wurde für die Badekappe Euro 6,-- statt wie im Prospekt angegebene Euro 3,--. Geht hier nicht um Preis, ist aber nicht korrekt. |

Große Suite, Platz Absolut unfreundliches Personal, wenn es mitbekam, dass man nur englisch spricht - Alte Hotelbroschüren mit falschen Spa-Öffnungszeiten - dt. Fernsehsender, die aber nur Schnee zeigten und auf Anfrage wurden wir nur mit "man kümmert sich" abgetan - zu teure Minibar (Sprite 6,50 EUR usw.) |

The rooms are excellent, very clean and spacious. The bathroom is great, very big and the shower is excellent. The hotel is about a 20€ ride from downtown Madrid. |

An exclusive Spa hotel allowing total relaxation in luxurious surroundings. Staff were excellent, friendly and assisted on a number of occassions in suggesting venues to eat out, shop and explore. I have travelled greatly but this for me was the finest city hotel I have ever stayed in and I look forward to returning. |

The hotel staff were young, extremely friendly and helpful. It was a resort with amazing facilities (gym, two pools and spa). The hotel was located too far from the city, to the point where you had to plan your entire day out and taxis (although cheaper than most places in Europe) ended eating into our budget. There is one grocery store and a single gas station that is within walking distance. Choose this hotel if you have your own vehicle and have already seen the city. |

The spacious rooms, courteous and helpful staff. Great location. Very quiet and out of town but close to metro to get into city centre. Need more sun loungers and staff need to check for damaged ones and remove. |

Beautiful concept and rooms, however they are beginning to be worn down a bit... There is a mismatch between the luxury feel the hotel wish to acheive and what they deliver in terms of service and atitude of the staff |
