Nice modern room, very convenient to Sol Metro, major shopping streets, restaurants, cafes, fastfood outlets. Walkable to major sights. Value for money. Convenient for metro to airport, major train stations. Great location. You find everything mentioned above once you walk out the door. Staff is pleasant. I would stay there again. The airconditioning did not work on a few days. Seems warm on one day and cold on another day. If they changed their outdated curtains, the room will look nicer. |

The location is excellent, although the hotel is quite old and the rooms are small with dimly lit corridors. You should be prepared for a great location, a clean room but everything else is quite basic. The rooms are quite small and some look into a rather grim courtyard so are very dark. We asked for a double bed so were moved from a twin to a room that looked out onto the street. It was noisier but was not seem as dark and claustraphobic. |

We got a bigger room after checking in to a very small room The airport transfer turned out to be a minivan with other passengers. A taxi would have been the same price +/- |

Very central, staff very accommodating. Room comfortable and water hot, jacuzzi great Noise from people using jacuzzi after midnight. It would have been more customer friendly if on our departure the desk staff asked if we had enjoyed our stay rather than just give you the bill. |

The central location in Madrid is very much appreciated as well as the good thermal and accoustic isolation of the rooms from outside. Sounds from neighbouring rooms however are sometimes disturbing. I would recommend the hotel to everybody, however with the recommendation to take breakfast nextdoors. The breakfast is rather expensive for the choices offered without surcharge. I used it only once and found that the large jar of orange juice was fermenting. This is unacceptable. |

We were happy to find we had a room with a terrace which we could enjoy sitting outside - especially when we had put our daughter to sleep at night. The hotel had said that private parking was available and we had reserved a spot, but they didn't inform us that we couldn't reach their parking garage due to the roads being blocked at Easter. |

Hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and assisted us in upgrading our room to a terrace room because the weather was so lovely and sunny and we wanted to make the most of it! Breakfast was great too. The standard room we had originally booked was comfortable and very clean but quite basic - the upgraded room was much more spacious and airy with the terrace. |

Very well situated in the Puerta del Sol. Although somewhat unfriendly at first, the staff was very helpful and quite kind once we started to talk to them. Breakfast is a little expensive, but offers a good selection of food. Rooms are modern and comfortable. |

Great location. Good price. Very thin walls, could hear a loud couple next door in the middle of the night. Very unpleasant. Also, though the room was clean, the furnishings and the hallways were very spartan and bleak looking. |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was totally central. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was fully equiped with toiletries. The two lounges were gorgeous but were a bit of a waste without there being a bar. No hotel bar which would have been nice to meet in before going out for dinner etc. |

The location was very central, the main attractions were within confortable walking distance, the rooms were very clean with modern decor. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Absolutely no complaints. |

Super location, right in the center of Madrid. Within walking idstance to major tourist attractions, shopping, restuarants etc. The metro is just a minute from the hotel if you need to go to any other part of Madrid. The hotel is clean and comfortable, reasonably priced. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as there were plenty of better options just as you step out of the hotel. |

The Staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel was very well situated to eating places, shops and metro, and well situated for visiting The Prado, Reina Sofia Museum and within reasonable walking distance ro rhe Renfe Train Station. The room had a comfy beds albeit two singles pushed together, there was a full sized bath with lashings of hot water. Central heating was welcome. Although our room was three floors up, we could still feel the vibration and noisy rumbling of the metro trains every few minutes until 1.30am. |
