que me hayan cobrado la habitacion aunque no se me permitio acceder al hotel que encima me digan que en la puerta hay un cartel que pone que hay que recoger las llaves en otro sitio cuando es mentira |

El apartahotel està muy bien para familias. Es dificil encontrar habitaciones familiares para 4 personas en otros hoteles. Falta minibar. |

Me ha gustado el estilo del apartahotel, buen precio para lo grande que era la habitación, la ubicación del hotel era muy tranquilo. Imposible dormir por la noche debido a los miles de mosquitos que había en la habitación, tengo miles de picaduras por todo el cuerpo, y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, el aire acondicionado estropeado o con poca fuerza. |

El confort y las habitaciones excelentes. Muy buenas instalaciones. Es fácil para aquellos que van en auto y no quieren entrar a Madrid. Centro comercial cerca para comprar comida. Parque hermoso para pasear. Se puede dejar el coche dentro del parque. Si no se va en auto es muy difícil llegar y está en las afueras. |

La tranquilidad y lo espacioso del apartamento No explican las características del establecimiento en cuanto a funcionamiento. Por ejemplo, no cambiaron las toallas, ni fregaron unas tazas del desayuno, pero si limpiaron, retiraron la basura e hicieron las camas. Faltaban algunos elementos de la vajilla y de la cubertería. Nada importante para nosotros, ya que sólo hemos estado allí para dormir. |
