- Double: Rooms facing to the street or inside, 160 x 200 double bed or twin beds (90 x 200)
- Suite: Rooms facing to the street, with terrace, 200 x 200 double bed.
The street where the hotel is located goes all the way down to Paseo de la Castellana, which crosses Madrid North to South in a few minutes. You can also easily reach the Atocha station and the Real Madrid Football Stadium. Good access to the A2 highway, which provides access to both the airport and the fair grounds Juan Carlos I.

good location, easy and fast to reach downtown by metro. good heating; it was cold outside (we stayed in decembre and january, arond new year's) but warm in the room, although you can't control the temperature, it's just hot by default. they could do a much better job on cleannliness. when we arrived, there was dust wool on the floor, the shower hose was broken so water was jetting from it in all directions as you showered, although the bathroom was clean. also, the breakfast is extremely expensive: 15 euros per person (buffet). this is what you pay for a lunch/dinner downtown. so we had breakfast in town, for about 4 euros each. |

It is close to 2 metro stations, not in the touristy part of town. Nice comfy bed, clean bathroom, fairly big. The internet is ridiculously expensive, especially because it doesn't allow you to load many pages (I guess not enough bandwidth). It didn't even let me read my newspaper, to give you an idea. The bathroom (of room 302) still smelled like old smoke, although it was a non-smoking room. |

hotel situato in buona posizione, molto vicino a due stazioni metro che permettono di raggiungere il centro in poco + di 10 minuti. la zona circostante offre un po di tutto. personale disponibile e cortese, camera spaziosa, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. servizi extra costosi. |

La ubicación y el mantenimiento es muy bueno y la comodidad. Habia pelos en la bañera y el bidet però creo que fue por algún descuido ya que todo estaba muy limpio. |

Estuve poco tiempo en el hotel, pero la habitacion individual era muy espaciosa, y el personal muy amable. Muy tranquilo, recogido y limpio. Solo dos cosas, eche de menos television de TDT, si que habia de satelite y Canal +, pero faltaban otras cadenas de la TDT... Y el ascensor me parecio pequeñisimo, no se si entrera una silla de ruedas. |

Su tranquilidad como hotel El hecho de que el dia de la salida, por su temprana hora por ir al aeropuerto, no estaba el comedor-desayuno abierto. No pudimos tomar nada y encima me llamaron posteriormente y me cobraron 4 desayunos sin hacerlos, que no habian cobrado al hacer factura al no darlos. (Por haber dado nº tarjeta en la reserva) |

Spokój i cisza Pokój dla jednej osoby (nr 110) jest straszny i nie powinien być oferowany w normalnej ofercie!!!!. Ostrzegano mnie w recepcji o tym, że jest mały, ale nie ostrzeżono mnie o tym, że okno nie daje żadnego światła dziennego i wychodzi na komin wentylacyjny. |

Vriendelijke mensen aan de balie die prima Engels spreken; zeer schone kamer met goed bed en aparte badkamer. Ook geen rooklucht op de niet-roken-kamer, dat is heel prettig. Mooie rustige lokatie. Kamer (102 geloof ik, of 105; eenpersoonskamer aan luchtkoker) voor de prijs aan de sobere kant; moeizaam werkende kraan in douche (omschakeling bad- douche stand); erg gehorig en luidruchtige Spaanse gasten (d.w.z. een stel in het bijzonder- misschien gewoon pech gehad met die mensen...). Ontbijtruimte niet zo knus wegens geen uitzicht en ontbijtbuffet vrij prijzig. |
