the hotel is very nice, located in a residential place far from the city centre.The staff is very good the hotel is far from the city centre and there are no bus after 11:00 Pm, so you need to take a taxy. |

We made a non refundable booking at this motel. When we discovered how far it was from Madrid we were sure we had made a wrong decision. How wrong can you be? The Motel / Hotel is awesome, the facilities great, the access to public transport wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful. Thank you nh La Florida for a great time. |

La habitación era amplia y limpia, lo mínimo que esperas de un NH. No hay ruidos, al estar en una zona tranquila de Aravaca y la salida a la A6 es muy sencilla una vez localizado el hotel. Recomendado para desplazamientos cercanos, es decir, si vas al aeropuerto o a una zona comercial, si vas a Madrid, aunque está cerca, yo preferiría coger uno en el centro. El wifi no es gratuito, es bastante caro. El parking del hotel cuesta casi 10 euros el día y la ubicación es mala, parece que está escondido de forma intencionada, difícil de llegar, no hay apenas señalización.El desayuno es buffet pero no es nada del otro mundo, tienen 4 cosas. Hay una recepcionista del hotel de pelo rizado que es bastante maleducada. |

Era muy adecuado para nosotros (matrimonio + 3 hijos), pues disponía de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, salón y cocina todo en uno. El mobiliario es un poco pobre, sólo tenía una televisión pequeña y el funcionamiento de la calefacción no era muy bueno (por aire acondicionado). Estaba muy frío cuando llegamos. |

La ubicación es buena, en zona residencial de lujo con mucho sitio de aparcamiento para el coche sin tener que pagar el parking del hotel. La cama hacía bastante ruido al moverte y te despertaba por la noche. |

O Hotel como global estava bem Só com carro podemos chegar ao Centro de Madrid, bem como achar algum café para tomar o pequeno almoço. Os funcionários deviam ter cuidado com a muda de ropa.. |

El personal muy amable Siempre que he reservadao he estado en un estudio con cocina, habitación separado. Esta vez ha sido todo en una habitacion y continuado por lo que había mucho ruido debído a la nevera, la decoración me pareció muy cutre y el baño tenia un tufillo bastante desagradable. |
