Clean rooms, wifi, parking, nice staff. Hotel situated in closed zone called mercamadrid. For those who coming there for the first time its too difficult to find it. We lost 2 hours in searching and thanks to two guys who called hotel to find out where is it and escorted us there. Next, it was a wrong information about breakfast at the hotel page in booking.com and we had skipped it at the first day. The next day showed us that there was nothing to lose because breakfast was terrible even for 3* hotel. Also, in the first room shower was a little bit broken and we changed the room. In the both of them water in the shower always came hotter-colder-hotter-colder and so on, never at the same temperature. |

The hotel room was clean and modern. We received a voucher for 15 minutes free internet. Be aware that the hotel is located within some expo area (Mercamadrid), far from city center or any populated areas (it was at least 15 minutes drive from city center). |

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. Staff were very nice. Unkown to us the hotel was located in the factory district of Madrid, about half hour by bus and train out of the city, getting home at night took a long time and was quite dangerous with travel time of up to an hour. |

absoluut waar voor je geld zelfs met onze twee teckels geen probleem, alleen waar vindt het hotel. een simpele oplossing is voor het vinden van het hotel ,afrit 20 mercamadrid van de M40 nabij N4 afgesloten terrein! |

Excelente situación, comodidad de las instalaciones. Parking. Acceso incómodo a través de la entrada general a Mercamadrid que obliga a soportar colas de camiones y demás vehículos a determinadas horas. |

limpieza de las habitaciones, decoración del hotel en su conjunto y el personal del mismo. pocos servicios: no tiene gimnasio, poca variedad en los desayunos y en las habitaciones (sin minibar, en el aseo no habia pasta dientes, vasos, bolsas para ropa sucia, ... Creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas debe contar con estos servicios que estimo mínimos. Gracias |

Precio. Agradecemos que atendieron a nuestras peticiones en las observaciones de la reserva. El personal de recepción muy atento. El servicio de limpieza te despierta un domingo a las 09.30 aún siendo el día que nos marchábamos y con un cartel de no molesten en la puerta. Suplen el servicio de restauración con 2 máquinas expendedoras y un room service de telepizza, estando el hotel ubicado en una zona industrial donde no hay nada alrededor. No nos parece correcto de una categoría de 4 estrellas como en vuestra página se le cataloga. |

La calidad relacion precio esta muy bien, lo único malo es que esta dentro de Mercamadrid, un poco lejos de Madrid pero si vas con coche no hay ningun incoveniente. El desayuno es basico, pero las instalaciones, las habitaciones son propias de un nh, yo lo recomiendo por lo comoda y acogeroda que es la habitación, lo limpia que esta y el trato exquisito del personal del hotel. Nosotros tubimos un problema con el coche y me sorprendio en como nos ayudaron desde el hotel. Esto cuando no estas en tu ciudad hay que valorarlo. Que no esta en madrid sino a las afueras |
