really small rooms with a window to an interior patio. No natural light. Lifts to rooms really tiny. The price was really high for that kind of room that you can get in a hostel at half price |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to Metro station and only a few stops from city centre. Excellent breakfast buffet - though expensive if not included in room rate! No bidet in room - usual in Spain. You still only get free internet access for 15 mins in reception - wi-fi should be available in all rooms at no charge! Nearly knocked myself out when walking onto balcony. Opened door, stepped out - and smashed straight into second glass door which was simply invisible. Reported to reception, who were apologetic and agreed that there should be at least a strip or a label on the door to make it noticeable. Nothing done during my stay, however. |

Buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was nicely appointed & quiet. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Did not like paying 5.8 euro for 1 hour wireless connection when the hotel was advertised as having free internet connection. The free internet was only 15 minutes per day and required that you use the hotel computer in the lobby! |

Free (if limited) wi-fi in reception. Friendly staff. Very expensive breakfast. They still haven't got the message that people now expect free wi-fi in their rooms! |

Clean and quiet Standard of English language basic. Foolishly, I expected hotel staff at a Madrid business hotel to be able to speak English reasonably well. |

the staff trying to be accomidating There was a lot of non satisfying ascpect in my stay.1) There is no airconditioning from 1-6 am, in August !! , claiming it's the city policy.2) The staff claimed and promissed a lot of things nicely but non was fullfilled 3) they tricked me into a laundry scam (no price list was available in the rooms). I asked for wash only and I got wash and ironing and a bill of 120 Euro for a small load of underwears and Bras and few T shirts. |

The rooms were very nice size. The bathrooms were really nice. We stayed two different nights. The first stay had a lovely view of the street. I think they should have free internet for people who bring their laptops. The first stay they gave us a coupon to use the internet in the lobby, but the second stay they did not and it is not worth paying a huge amount of money just to email our families back home and let them know we are ok. |

The superior room (suitable for triple beds) was spacious and clean. We had a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast buffet was extensive although a bit expensive (already warned by reviewers). Major tourist sights are not easily reachable from the nearest Metro station without changing lines a few times. We walked to the next nearest one for over 10 minutes to get to a convenient line.On Saturday night we could hear the rubbish collection at 3am and also people leaving clubs. |

Convenient location close to a Metro Station. Reasonable room price, even though the extra price asked for the breakfast was extremely high. I ended up getting a much cheaper breakfast in a nearby cafe. 1. I asked for a double bedroom and I was assigned to a twin one. They transfered me to a double bedroom after my intervention that I had asked for a double beroom. 2. It was unacceptable to apply increased room rate for the nights of 31/12 and 1/1 deliberately. No extra service was offered, it was only an attempt to get more money. I recommend the hotel with some reservations. |

Just about everything. The room is not too big, but comfortable enough, staff is very kind, polite and helpful, the room is quiet during the night. Breakfast is excellent. Internet access is too expensive. |
