Close to the airport and the metro. Reception staff could be more friendly and more helpful. I also had to wait 10 minutes before I could check in at 12 o'clock at night... There were mosquito's in my room which made me have a very bad night sleep. A connection door with the room nextdoor makes it very noisy. |

I liked the pool facilities and the comfortable room. Maybe there should be a store nearby for food, etc. |

The staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the metro though out of the city. Free internet which was good. Food good. Lots to choose for breakfast. But limited for dinner in the evening. Room little small for three people though room said was for 3 but not really big enough. Did not like children running around at 12.30 in the evening not exceptable when you are wanting to have a night cap before going to bed. Should not have the kiddy corner in the reception this would not happen. The internet you need to have a limit as this was free and abused by people using it for ages and causing a queue. |

Kids are included if you purchase breakfast the hotel goes out of their way to make families welcomed. The surrounding area is new and clean. Close to a metro stop and shuttle service to airport and if the shuttle is full the hotel said they would pay your taxi. There is a commercial shopping and restaurant district within a 10 minute walk out the front door. |

They have a very nice pool, though it is only open during limited hours. There is a small shopping mall with a grocery located about four blocks from the hotel. Walk in the opposite direction of the metro. Very close to the Metro. The desk clerks knew very little about the area immediately around the hotel. |

very quiet location, i was able to have a good nights sleep and was not disturbed in the morning by staff etc. It was great having the pool as very hot in the city, although I was told no swimming in the pool, which was strange, but didnt bother me as I had not intended swimming on that occassion. |

this hotel was very nice and well worth the price. the service was very good, the room was very comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located on the same street as the metro stop. the free shuttle service to the airport was also a huge plus. free wireless internet was also great! the setup for the tv was confusing, i didnt understand if i had to pay to watch regular channels, like news, so i didnt touch it. i think adding side bed lamps would be a good idea because there was no "low light" option. and one thing we found strange was how the toilet seat was uncomfortably high. other than these very minor details we found everything wonderful. |

A very convenient location: close to the airport and the metro stop is just round the corner if you want to get to the centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. |

This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus |
