The accommodation was excellent. It was convenient because it was very close to the airport. I was told that the hotel had 24 hour complementary shuttle service to the airport. This was not the case. |

The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. We were transiting, so the complimentary shuttle to the airport was much appreciated (and was a factor in choosing Husa Nuevo Boston). |

Nice pool, very close to the airport. Rooms were well presented and hotel wifi was good The bar/restaurtant is very over priced- I would recommend the 10-15 minute walk to the large shopping centre nearby with many eateries. |

Close to airport. Very clean. Staff speaks English and they are very helpful. Free shuttle to the airport every hour. Very clean and comfortable. Far from the city. An expensive cab ride or lenghtly bus/metro trip to go into Madrid. No food service available during non-meal hours, and no restaurants or shops close by to get snacks. No view of any sort. |

Close to the airport, pool, free internet, huge king size bed was extremely comfortable, great value for money. Tip- there is a huge mall with shopping and restaurants about 10 min walk up the road. Just turn left out of the hotel and keep walking to the end of the road, its on your left. Lack of information! We were informed upon arrival that the airport shuttle does not run on sunday and we needed to take a cab. The night before our departure we requested to book a shuttle to the aiport only to put into a taxi and told the shuttle only runs at certain times and it was not the time we requested, at no point did anyone tell us otherwise. It cost 15 euros for a 5 min drive. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly, but the doorman was lovely! |

A nice swimming pool for very hot days at Madrid. Near the airport and not far from Madrid center by car going on m40. Rooms have good sice and also bathroom. |

Convenient to airport. Modern, clean and well-appointed hotel. Provided free service to airport in am. When we arrived in the afternoon, there was no shuttle service available to hotel--only in am and evening. While location is close to metro, it would have taken 2 transfers to get to our desired destination, so we took a cab for dinner in the evening. |

Clean rooms Well i found staff unhelpful. Only 8 sunloungers for whole hotel and were not prepared to get more. Bathroom had no bath plug, took over half hour to get one.Not easy to get to centre of Madrid. Very limited shuttle. 22euros from airport to hotel.Would not recommend!!!! |

The shuttle service time is limited and the only other way to get there from Bajaras is taxi, which coasts 25 euros minimum charge though the hotel is very close. |

The hotel is sparkling new, our room was spacious and clean (with an incredibly low rate), and the buffet breakfast (not included in room price) was excellent. The free, quick taxi service to the airport was very much appreciated. It's far from everything (except the airport), and was tough to get to using public transit (on a very hot day). Guests without cars are somewhat restricted to the hotel restaurant, where the buffet breakfast seems expensive. Our view was a large, empty lot being prepared for construction. |
