Rooms were clean... and.... well thats pretty much it! Avoid at all cost, don’t get lured in by the price, they will make you pay more one way or another… Staff was so snobbish that I cant believe they were working in a hotel!... Location is very bad, If you are coming to visit Madrid, “Don’t choose this hotel”! its around 15-20 mins uphill walk from the nearest Metro station, unless you can afford Taxis and bear the Spanish Taxi drivers, with no meter count, charging a lot more if you are not Spanish…. Food was awful (really), I booked the hotel from booking.com with breakfast included in the package; the hotel denied that saying, they don’t have any breakfast packages? I never knew I was paying a fortune for the awful breakfast (the waiter probably wont give you a 2nd cup of coffee :S) I came to Husa Nuevo after spending few days in Tenerife and boy what a sheer difference of quality!! |

Good quality hotel, quiet comfortable rooms The location was fringe of city centre but it was a 15 minute walk to a metro station or a taxi ride to the nearest station. |

Very friendly staff, great facilities (Spa is included in the price), nice design, comfortable room, bath tub, very clean. Dealt with a little complain very well (at the end it was obviously not the hotel to blame, but my own bad). Nightbus stops at the nearest bus stop. Didnt charge the credit card (many hotels do, even tough when reserved trough booking.com they shouldnt). Very very sattisfied! The location, for young people looking for the madrid experience it is a bit far from where the crowds gather. No metro close by. Bus will take you far enough tough. |

Quiet, good internet connection, clean, facilities good except no box of tissues in bathroom Messages were not given to us. One person (disabled) came to greet us and we were never told. This happened twice. |

The staff at the hotel bar. Free Internet all round the place and quality of the signal. The hotel is far from public transports. Bus is not to far enough but you've to climb for almost 400 meters. Far from airport, Ifema and the city center. Noisy air conditioned, poor offer of bath and toilet goodies. Tv have internet but you have no way to use it. Not clean enough. Staff are a little bit cold. |

La verdad es que no m ha gustado. Limpieza mal: m encontré un gran manojo de pelos en la bañera.Confort mal: no había mantas, ni productos de aseo y el aire hacía mucho ruido y no calentaba por la noche. Restaurante mal, nos pusieron la mesa sobre un mantel sucio usado y protestaron para cambiárnosla; en la cafetería para comer pasamos frío, el spa pequeño y no t dan ni un albornoz ni unas zapatillas, etc.. vamos q para 4* pésimo, y en cuanto a la limpieza y el tratamiento ni en uno de 1*. En fin, para q contar más. |

Aunque realmente durante la visita a Madrid, estuvimos poco en el hotel, hay que reconocer que es un hotel de 4 estrellas con todo. El único pero que le podemos sacar a este hotel es el SPA. Se trata de dos duchas, una sauna, un baño turco y un jacuzzi, en un espacio de 30 metros cuadrados con capacidad para no más de 10 personas.Un pelín mínimo para semejante hotel. |

El hotel en sí es bonito, además el spa gratuito es de agradecer, es confortable y la relación calidad precio está bien. La cafetería siempre está cerrada por la mañana y eso que los bares más cercanos se encuentran un poco lejos |
