The location of the hotel is good, metro is near by, 10-15 min walk, so you can reach the center of the city or any tourist attractions quite easely. The hotel has parking lots for tourists travelled by car (extra charge). The rooms have everything necessary for aparthotel (kichenette). Towels change is done daily, sheets/bath toilletries were changed every other day, staff is very friendly good English spoken. Special plus for FREE shuttle service to/from airport (time should be checked beforehand at reception). Taxi could cost you around 35-40 Euro. |

The room was great, very light with big windows and balcony overlooking the pool. It had Spanish tv but you can change the language on some channels to watch programmes in English too. It was well equipped with a kitchen with full oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher.In the bathroom, the whirlpool bath was great too although noisy! If you want to use the kitchen, you need to pay 20€ deposit for utensils or bring your own. There is a small cafe on site and a vending machine with snacks and drinks in reception. Car parking was great, a choice of outside parking or in an underground garage. The gym was not very well equipped, having just 1 treadmill that I couldn't get to work, 2 cross trainers and 2 bikes. No weights!!! Also, I asked for a non smoking room but the room I was given obviously had been used by smokers as it was really smelly and I had to buy perfurmed candles to try to disguise it! |

The modern rooms, which were clean and comfortable. The self catering kitchenette was very handy especially as there was a supermarket just around the corner, which sells all that you would need. That the airport shuttle wasn't 24hrs service. This was not stated at any part of the booking. They had 2 service times. 9:30am and 7:00pm. Not ideal. However the metro is a 700 meters away and easy to use so access to terminal was ok to get to and from. |

Lovely big appartment style room, had cooking facilities if you needed it! The pool was great and it had very good air con. Breakfast was lovely too. |

Best apart hotel I have stayed at so far. I would definetly recommend it for a long stay (We stayed 9 nights). Everything was perfect, except for two minor points: It was a distance from the center of Madrid at about half an hour with the metro and there was no wifi in the rooms. |

Nice clean and large rooms - wifi worked also great in the loby. Chinese restaurant 5. min walk away. It is located in the subburbs and about 12-15 min. walk to the nearest Metro. The nice thing though is that the metro takes you directly to down-town area (Puerta del Sol). No need to change trains. |

This is a very good place to lodge, we were offer too much for the price, its a studio and you have everything in the room with perfect condition.Very spacious and lots of facilities. The area is quite and 15 mins walk to the metro station. The claeners did not clean well. |

The apartmeht was well laid out and the hotel staff spoke good english and were helpfull There was a free shuttle bus to and from the airport but it only ran twice a day and we had to make our way to and from the hotel,the aircon did not work for 2 days |

Very nice and clean hotel! Actually, you get a studio instead of the hotel room. Both pools were working. A bit far from the city but there is a subway in a 10 min walking distance. And it takes about 30-40 min to get to the city from there. Other than that it's a great value for the price you pay. |

Nice room, a lot of space. A good kitchen and you can hire cook equipment. You have to give 20 euro and after you bring it back , you receive your money The walls of the rooms were thin, the bed wasn't very good and the swimming pools were closed. The distance to the centre of Madrid was big |

We were not informed the pool was not working. We would not have stayed here if we knew. We were told we had a balcony and we did not. One woman at the front desk was espeacially rude and unhelpful. I was quite offended by the way she spoke to me. The hotel was so far away from anything worth seeing. The T. |

I like the position of the hotel, it was close to that parts of the city which we wanted to go to, but I think it was because we had a car. The stuff is really nice and friendly. You can hear through the walls and sometimes it disturbs a lot. |

Shuttle from/ to airport The room was freezing cold when we arrived at night. In the morning we had to shower with cold water. There was nothing left at the breakfast buffet when we came down at 10 o´clock (breakfast was until 11). |

We loved the rooms, which were like small apartments, complete with kitchen area. Very clean and new. Good parking too. The location was poor. It was a long walk through an unsavory neighborhood to get to the train station, then a lengthy ride into town. |

Price and parking facilities. The bed is horrible. We had to remove the mattress support and had to put the mattress directly on the floor. It’s the only way you can sleep. The sound isolation is also very poor and the staff could be much more helpful… |
