Bien que ne parlant pas Espagnol, j'ai pu obtenir un accueil satisfaisant, me permettant d'avoir la chambre avant 10h ! C'était début octobre ! Ce qui est réconfortant après 12 h de voyage !

situation, commerces et métro à moins de 5 minutes, calme, parking fermé, ménage quotidien, confort literie, sanitaires fonctionnels et spacieux, clim. bon rapport qualité/prix.

cuisine équipée mais vaisselle quasi inexistante (pas de cafetière ni de tasses). le supermarché situé à 100m a été trés pratique.

à 5 minutes à pieds du métro dans un quartier calme, très aggréable pour découvrir la ville

L'hôtel se situe très prêt du métro. Idéal pour visiter Madrid.

En plein centre de Madrid. Bonne relation qualité/prix. En pleno centro de Madrid, buena relacion calidad/precio. Located in the city center, good relation between price (price with booking is at last really cheap) and quality.

Toutes les chambres n'ont pas de salon...et ce n'est pas apparemment un motif pour vous changer de chambres cependant il manque souvent des seche- cheveux, ce qui est un motif pour que l'on vous change de chambre.

L'emplacement (la station de métro est a quelques minutes a pied, il y a aussi des commerces a proximité), la cuisine.

Le prix du parking est un peu cher mais il n'y a pas vraiment de possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

Very close to a mtero station, not too far from the city center.

Room cleaner ringed to our door in 09:45 of Saturday Morning and awoked us!! City district is not the best - too many persons looking like homeless and drinkers on the street, including a square near the metro station. Thde district looks like a bit immigrant-oriented.

It was within walking distance of a tube station and reasonably easy to find with a map. although the man at the desk at the time we arrived (before 4pm) did not speak english he managed to communicate what we needed to know. Supermarket just down the road and a number of small restaurants nearby. Room was basic but nice to have a separate bedroom and lounge. Kitchen basic but functional. Washing machine a definite advantage - take a rope and pegs for drying though.

Bathroom was dated and a bit grotty - wouldn´t have a bath there.

Good location (not in the very center but well connected and not far from the metro station itself). If you are arriving late, check with the hotel about your keys (they will normally leave it in a hotel nearby).

I liked these apartments. There was nothing wrong. It was peaceful around, close to metro station, rooms were clean. I liked that there were no staff in the evening - Felt like home.

It was really hard to find. Hardly any locals even knew about it. Then we arrived on friday at 9 PM and doors were closed. Hopefully there were note saying that we could find the keys at the other hotel. Reception staff - man didn't speak english at all and was looking at us crazy.

The hotel staff was wonderful and extremely helpful! The room was clean and I really liked the mini-terrace. I was able to open the doors and get fresh air. This is a solid hotel. Fantastic value!

My room smelled like smoke.

the staff were friendly and welcoming..the apartment was nice, clean, close to the shops,resturants and metro station..value for money !!

The hotel has good location, close to the metro (two blocks away) and confortable beds

The reception is close at night and there is no information on the site regarding it. We had a terrible experience because we arrived after 9:00 pm (put in the comments on the booking) and it was all close. By luck we found the keys in another hotel in area when we were already looking for available rooms. Too noise, smells smoke and heating system wasn't working properly - very warn!!!!
