What is good, is the location. But many other hotels are also good located. Everything in the bathrom was broken - from toalet paper holder to shower,...; room was extremely small - not even close to the presentation on the web site; elevator is clattering... |

The room was far too sparsely furnished and was rather basic for a 4star hotel. Facilities were not great either; ie they were not able to do laundry at the weekend. Also for a 4 star hotel they had neither bar nor restaurant. |

An excellent bonus to have a lap-top and free internet connection in the room! The complimentary coffee machine was also appreciated! Breakfast was fairly poor for a four star hotel, and the glasses at the breakfast room were dirty... |

Very interesting layout; fantastic bathroom with hottub; free internet access It was extremely hot during our stay, & the airconditioning had not been put on in advance. being at the top of the hotel meant the aircon was not quite sufficient to deal with the very hot temperature. |

the only request we made for our bedrooms (individual beds) had not been attended; it took 2 room changes and 2 days to end up in a room with ... a king size bed. at that point we decided to stop the permanent changes. |

Well decorated, avantgarde environment. The rooms had air conditioning, which is compulsory, given Madrid's heat. The staff was great and helpful, all of them, all of the time. Free internet and notebook in every room. Free water, tea and coffee in the lobby. Free bike rental, in the hotel. Its localization is great, you can go walking almost everywhere and by metropolitan everywhere in the city. The double rooms are not very spacious. I didn't had the time to try the breakfast, but it gets cheaper booked in the Internet. |

Rooms are really nice. It is good too that they are offering free water and coffee in the entrance, it gives a friendly look to the hotel. They charged me an unacceptable rate for my phone call. It is written in the room that call starts from 0.90Euros/min and I was charged 4euros/min to call an english mobile and nearly the same rate to call landlines in Spain. I thought it was simply ripping off. The girl at reception was not friendly at all when I complained (but apart from her the rest of the staff was really nice) |

Good central location, modern style, good facilities (power shower, wifi, flat screen tv etc), clean, friendly helpful staff plus chocolates in the room on arrival! Room could've done with more light. |

The staff was very helpful to help us organise visits of the town. The hotel is also well centered and we didn't need our car. We also enjoyed a nice bycicle ride in the park, but as we were five and there were only four bikes, one had to sacrify. The road works on the Carmen place and the graffitis made the environment around the hotel ugly and the hotel will look nicer when they will be completed. Also, as we came by car, we turned for one hour before we reached the hotel as roads around were blocked.Worse, the strange people at the next door disco gave us a bad feeling. |

Very nice hotel idealy situated in a living neigbourhood very close to the touristic center. Very good facilities in the room. The staff at the reception should be able to offer touristic information, restaurant, cultural actualities.. city tours etc... should be of a great value. |

Good location, friendly staff, close to the city center, free internet and laptop in room, air condition, free tea and coffe in lobby. Our family room on the 4th floor was terrible: you can''t stand due to the lowest roof, there are only two tiny windows. WC is not isolated from the room!!! It is not possible to use shower because the water runs to the floor of the WC and then on the room's floor. |

The Receptionist, Patricia, was most helpful and friendly, as were the other members of staff thet we encountered to a far lesser degree. We were seeking the same designer type qulity that we'd encountered at the Radisson in Rome but with a bit more "humanity".........and we rackon that we got it! The Cinema next door showed "Rocky" films into the night, but it didn't bother me too much....as my hearing is less acute than my husband's. It was a small price to pay for having a balcony and we did book very late. Our's was the room adjacent to the Cinema and I don't suppose that the others would be affected. As ever in Continental Hotels, we missed tea and coffee making facilities. |

The hotel's location is great - very central. The triples are spacious and the in-room laptop is an added benefit for determing what to do in the city. The doors to the bathroom has this slight gap that is annoying when you are sharing a room with people. |

The staff were very friendly which detracted from the fact that I had asked and booked a double attic room, only to end up in a double room with two single beds pushed together! Do not be fooled by the great pictures on the site, I was sorely disappointed! The room was very small and I did not actually get what I booked. |

Central location was the main point for us. There was a type of sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the late evenings but we did not make a complaint as we were out all day in your beautiful city. |
