The location and the breakfast were excellent, good beds. We were allowed to stay longer in our room on our last day because my daughter was ill. We applied for a familyroom which was just a normal room with an additional bed, therefore the room was too small. While using the shower whole bathroom was wet. |

It was a good base for sight seeing and shopping, staff were friendly and the room was clean. We were given a room for 4 as was advertised on your website but it wasn't clear what type of sleeping arrangements there were, it had two bunk beds which weren't really comfortable for 4 adults much better to be advertised as a family room only. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and a nice touch by having the laptop in the room. Also the shower was very good but I would recommend that they add a door as water gets everywhere. The only bad thing I can say about this hotel was the bed was hard. |

Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Excellent location and yet very quiet. Laptop in room (very slow...) with free internet. Free hot beverages in lobby. Room for 3 too small. A little overpriced. Laptop in the room too slow (needs more RAM). Shower without door! Water all over! |

The location was fantastic and could not have been any closer to the Gran Via. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do any more for us. There was building work at the back of the hotel and over the weekend it was fine but Friday and Monday morning we were woken by the noise of the builders |

It felt as if it wasn't a hotel, they were very nice to us and the location was great for us. Also we arrived at 7 am and they gave us a room to rest while our room was ready The halls in the hotel didn't have a/C. |

The Petit Palace was a delightful and totally modern hotel. Very centrally located and the rooms were very funky with a big bathroom and I liked the free internet in the rooms and cycling machine is a cool touch the bed was not that big and due to the bathroom being big it infringed on the actual size of the bedroom |

The room was small, but was designed in an efficient and fun way. The air conditioning worked great as did the free WiFi Internet access. The location is great. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. |

Modernity of its facilities & nearness to town center. No parking, public parking costs around 27€/24 hours. |

The location was great and the stuff very nice and extremely helpful! The design was a bit weird. Too dark and then the hall was very small and it served. as a breakfast room at the same time. |

A laptop was provided in each room for the guests to use, with free internet access which was extremely helpful, also bikes could be hired for free from the hotel reception and finally, the place was really stylish. The breakfast buffet was quite poor, the hotel reception didn't have basic toiletries or other stuff the guests might not have brought with them and shouldn't have to go out to buy (eg: thermometer, basic pills etc). Additionally, room service wasn't available and the staff wasn't particularly fluent in English, which was kind of a problem. |

design AIr conditioning did not work. There were hair on the floor in the bathroom. The glass door does not prevent water from flooding if the jets are used in the bathroom |
