Sensationelle Lage, ideal für sämtliche Besichtigungen und fürs abendliche Ausgehen, gut mit dem Auto zu anzufahren. Für spanische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück in einem Frühstücksraum mit tollem Blick. Das Zimmer war für ein Großstadthotel nicht zu klein und hatte ein großes Bad.

Laptop im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Citylage, ideal um tagsüber einzukaufen und abends nach dem Dinner zu Fuß zurück zu kommen.

Das Zimmer war zur Straße hin sehr laut. Die Matratze meines Bettes war fürchterlich hart.

Zentrale Lage im Zentrum,viele Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe,gute Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln,direkter U-Bahnanschluss,

Sauberkeit und Service im Frühstücksraum sollten verbessert werden,teilweise keine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse des Personals

Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend - alles sehr gepflegt - sehr zu empfehlen

This hotel's location is very central, close to the Plaza Sol. Although the building is a bit tired, the decor has been updated in a very modern way. The rooms are of a good size, big bed, fantastic shower and a laptop with internet in the room and also in the lobby (with a printer). We enjoyed staying here and will come back again on our next visit.

There are a few minor repair jobs to be done, like a tap that has become loose from the washstand, the desk top was only screwed to the legs with 2 screws. But really, it did not affect our stay !!

Great location; all major tourist sites within walking distance. Lavish breakfast. Free laptops in rooms (although, in our room it didn't want to boot and noone came to fix it despite few reminders)

The room was really too small. We booked quadruple room; in fact it was no bigger than standard double room so we could edge ourselves only sideways. There was vurtually no daylight in the room; the window overlooking some huge ventilation pipe.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Puerto del Sol and Gran Via. Nice breakfast with an assortment of cheeses, bacons, jamons and fruits. Beds are very comfortable, the room is tidy, there is a notebook in the room with internet connection.

The staff can speak very little English, it is hard to communicate.

the walls are kind of too thin, so it's very easy to hear the noises from neighbouring rooms

Location! Location! Location! Next to the Sevilla Metro Station. Next to Starbucks. One metro station away from Puertas del Sol. The room was very good. High tech hotel (my room was equipped with a portable computer).

The location of the property, convenient to most all of the attractions, and the breakfast room. The Hotel concept is very good.

There were several things I did not like, rooms were dark, halls were dark, insufficient water pressure for the shower, Business Center equipment did not work (printers), though the hotel staff was more than willing to help with printing out material, boarding passes, etc. Rooms were too small for two people, but great for one.

Good location in the city center, walking distance to all major sightseeing points. Laptop provided in the room is really good idea, don´t have to carry one with you. Breakfast-room was very spacious with beautiful views to the city.

Our room was much smaller than we expected in 4**** hotel, also a little bit too dark
