Excellent central location. Comfortable room with high-tech design, including TV and computer. The extensive breakfast buffet is a good start for a day of sightseeing. Arenal is a pedestrian street and the airport taxi will drop you at an adjacent street less than 50 m from the hotel. |

The hotel is very close to Puerta del Sol which is very close to many attractions, shoppings, metro, museuns, bars etc. The bathroom door is transparent. So, there is no privacy when using the bathroom. It is not good if traveling with friends or family. |

The location was great and I liked having a computer in the room when it broke it was fixed quickly the price was also good I was in a room that was ment for a family because ther e was a set of bunk beds in the room(in a closet) and I would not put someone in there who minded noise, it was fine for me . |

The location is excellent, on a busy pedestrian street close to metros, etc. The breakfast was good and served in cosy rooms in the basement. Staff was kind and serviceminded. |

This hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of madrid. You are near so many of the wonderful attractions that Madrid has to offer. Staff were great and the breakfast is cheap but plentiful. |

It is in the heart of Madrid. Easy access to everywhere. Perfect location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room had an available computer to use in the room. |

The hotel was close to transportation, shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and provided information as to recommended places to see and where to eat. Located on a pedestrian street it was a great location in the city. |

la qualité de l'immeuble et du buffet au petit déjeuner.la qualité de l'accueil. la grande dimension des chambres. les mauvaises odeurs des canalisations d'évacuation des eaux usés dans les salles de bain.l'absence de tablettes et banc pour poser valises et trousses de toilettes.le mauvais état des velos mis à dispositon, sans frein et sans entretien,donc dangereux. |

Sehr gute Lage in einer Fussgängerzone. Zimmer zum Hinterhof ruhig. Bad und Toilette befinden sich im Zimmer und sind nur durch einen Glassichtschutz getrennt. Die Kinderstockbetten quietschen so sehr, dass wir die Matratze rausgenommen und auf den Fußboden gelegt haben. Der gemütliche Kellergewölberaum war nur zum Frühstück geöffnet, wenn man lieber Tageslicht hätte und am Abend geschlossen. |
