The staff at reception--especially the amazing Marta--were incredibly helpful and patient. Outstanding. I had many requests, and they were always responsive and thoughtful. A big bravo to them! (The women in the breakfast room & bar were also very helpful and kind.) Thanks to Marta, I had a room on the courtyard, which was wonderfully peaceful. A couple of details: not enough convenient electric outlets; the telephone wasn't working well (maybe needed new battery); a clock or clock radio in the room would be helpful; only one English and no French TV stations (and 4 or so German stations!). |

I liked the hotel and the location is fantastic. The room was a little bit small, but breakfast was good and probably I will stay again at the Embassy Serrano. |

having a laptop in the room provided by the hotel I think is a great idea. Also the location of the hotel is very convinient the carpet |

Location. High Tech facilities. Breakfast. Comfort of room. Amenities... The room design wasn't very good: there wasn't space enough to open the bathroom and the wardrobe door. The bathroom didn't have enough hooks |

Excellent decor. Very highly recommended for any traveler to Madrid. Very well located with a Metro (Tube) station at less than 100 mtr away. Easy to get to hot spot locations and good shops in the vicinity too. Highly recommended hotel. |

Laptop in the room The worse customer attendance I've ever seen. Reception Desk staff should be trained. Unfortunately I was feeling sick during my stay and didn't get any type of help. I had to go myself to the nearest pharmacy and maximum time allowed to leave the room after 12:00 was only one hour: "two hours is complicated". Considering the level of attendance, the price charged is outrageous. |

Facilidades oferecidas na parte tecnológica, ao disponibilizar notebooks no quarto. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção em geral. Pareciam sempre pouco dispostos a ajudar e pouco atenciosos. |

Es un hotel que se encuentra ubicado cerca de todas las tiendas de lujo de madrid,es pequeño pero con las comodidades suficientes.Tiene una computadora en el cuarto para estar en internet todo el dia ,lo cual se agradece sin costo. Las reparaciones que estan haciendo en la calle serrano,que realmente eso no tiene que ver con el hotel,pero por lo pronto parece campo minado por ahi. |
