Wireless im ganzen Hotel. Meine Mutter war in einem Zimmer ein Stock tiefer. Ihre Putzfrau nahms wohl etwas genauer. In meinem Bad waren z.B. angebrauchte Duschfläschchen, keine Pantoffeln, kein WC-Papier, ein Notebook welches 20 Minuten brauchte um aufzustarten usw. |

The staff at reception--especially the amazing Marta--were incredibly helpful and patient. Outstanding. I had many requests, and they were always responsive and thoughtful. A big bravo to them! (The women in the breakfast room & bar were also very helpful and kind.) Thanks to Marta, I had a room on the courtyard, which was wonderfully peaceful. A couple of details: not enough convenient electric outlets; the telephone wasn't working well (maybe needed new battery); a clock or clock radio in the room would be helpful; only one English and no French TV stations (and 4 or so German stations!). |

I liked the hotel and the location is fantastic. The room was a little bit small, but breakfast was good and probably I will stay again at the Embassy Serrano. |

Excellent decor. Very highly recommended for any traveler to Madrid. Very well located with a Metro (Tube) station at less than 100 mtr away. Easy to get to hot spot locations and good shops in the vicinity too. Highly recommended hotel. |

Laptop in the room The worse customer attendance I've ever seen. Reception Desk staff should be trained. Unfortunately I was feeling sick during my stay and didn't get any type of help. I had to go myself to the nearest pharmacy and maximum time allowed to leave the room after 12:00 was only one hour: "two hours is complicated". Considering the level of attendance, the price charged is outrageous. |

La situación es excelente. Hotel ideal para escapadas de compras y para visitar la ciudad. La atención del desayuno, estuvimos esperando a la camarera diez minutos. Justamente la calle está en obras, no es culpa del hotel pero es un poco incómodo. Fueron muy amables en darnos en una habitación en el patio interior. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es su ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés y de la zona de compras,buen ambiente y restaurantes variados. Sé que es una causa ajena al hotel pero debo decir que al estar la calle en obras, incluso el sábado y el domingo, los trabajadores empezaron a las 8 de la mañna con la máquina perforadora y el ruido era muy molesto. |

La ubicación, aunque en la actualidad la calle Serrano está patas arriba y si la habitación da para la fachada principal no hay quien duerma a partir de las 07:30 A los servicios del hotel deberían añadir fisioterapia, para recuperarse de la dureza extrema de los colchones. |
