Modern and a very fair price for what we got. Some things were a bit run down (door to the toilet being imbalanced, etc). |

location and security, the main dorr was always locked There was constant noise throughout the night. toilet doors did not have a lock and was virtually see through even though we were in a room that accomodated four people so we had no privacy. beds were really uncomfortable and no quilts just blankets. |

The room is quite big, the location is just of the Gran via but still there is no noise from the street. there is noise coming from other rooms - the doors aren't sound proof |

Laptop in the room. AC cools very good for the summer season. Old bathroom facilities. Bathroom too big for the size of room. Very small closet. Room for 4 people is very small and not comfortable. Courtains in bad shape not preventing the outside light to get into the room. |

Wonderful location in the very center of the city and close to any tourist attractions, shopping area, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Great minimalistic design, free wi-fi, which for me was very important. |

The location was very central and easy access to everyting by foot. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions with what you can do. Even went so far as to highlight locations on a map for us. One thing we liked was that we could store the luggage at no fee for most of the day since our flght wasn't until evening. nothing. |

Free internet, good facilities. The location was perfect, although the staff's english knowledge is quite poor. I was charged for local calls, and the receptionist didn't even notify me about that fact . |

design, size, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The location was great too. The reception area could perhaps do with a little touching up of the decor. it looks a bit worn around the edges. |

I like the fact that they accept dogs and allowed my friend to stay in the room at minimum extra charge...clean and good location very close to the "red light" area...lots of ladies working the streets right next to the hotel...not good for families with children |

Centrally located, free wifi and wired LAN in the room, free bikes to lend, a safe in the room. Recommendable if you get a good rate. Thin walls, you can hear everybody in the hallway. The interior design seems to be quite new, though it's not in best condition (the laminate floor for example). The room was quite small and a bit dark, but that probably applies to most hotel rooms in Madrid. |

Great location - really close to a main metro stop and the center of the city. They have free bikes on site that you can use too (though they are not that well maintained and are only good for short trips). Rooms were decent, but not as efficient as they need to be, given how small they are. |

The staff was superb, got out of their way to help you with directions, baggage storage, airport transportation. The area at night becomes a bit "red" (ladies of the night) on the rear street bordering the hotel. But that's the whole Gran Via anyway. |

Breakfast and location were excellent Room was freezing cold even with the heat on all the way all night, smelled like sewage in the bathroom and when we reserved we asked for non smoking. We didn't realize till we smelled smoke. We were already settled in and didnt want to pack up again to change rooms. Would not stay here again without a huge discount! |
