la disponibilité du personnel , le fait d'être prêt du métro et des commerces environnant le seul point négatif que je retiendrai sera certainement l odeur de tabac froid qu il y avait en entrant dans la chambre qui aurait pu être gomme par une ventilation de la pièce avant notre arrivée. |

Chambre accueillante, confortable et située près d'une ligne de métro. Pas de salle pour les petit-déjeuners mais dans le quartier, il y a ce qu'il faut. Très satisfait. |

La chambre est assez grande et l'hotel est situé proche du métro, de boulangerie et d'un supermarché La décoration est vieillotte et la literie moyenne. L'hotel n'est pas au coeur de Madrid mais nous y sommes en 15 minutes. L'insonorisation est moyenne |

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par certains détails lors de notreséjour à l'hotel quoeraso. Ainsi, la présence de volet, de coussins et de couvertures supplémentaires, les ustensiles de cuisine mis à disposition pour une caution de 20 euros. L'hôtel est situé à quelques stations de métro du centre historique ce qui permet ainsi de séjourner loin des artères très bruyantes de Madrid |

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good for what I needed and just off a metro link. Room could have been a lot cleaner and in need of some moderation as it looked tired. Even though there was a kitchen, they had no facilities to use it - they could have had basic tea making facilities but luckily there was a lovely cafe around the corner! |

The location was very good being close to Ventas and the Bull ring. 10 minute walk to Old Madrid and didn't bother with the metro or taxi.The room was pleasant and 24hr reception is useful. They play music in the hallways which can be heard in the rooms at night. There were no good resturants near by and unless you speak Spanish talking with the hotel receptionists can be challenging. |

The room was spacious, nice looking and clean. Actually it was bigger then on the pictures. The area was nice and quiet (no tourists partying until morning). The hotel is just in few steps from the metro station. The staff spoke English and was helpful. Overall we were pleased by our stay in this hotel and I was surprised by a previous review which graded this hotel as 2.5. No dishes and other cookware in the kitchenette. Cleaning staff didn’t mop the floor during our stay.Difficulty with Wi Fi |

Cleanliness, building insulation, bad furniture, english language knowledge of the staff, bad services (slow wifi, airconditioning did not work (!). I would definitely not recommend this hotel. |

Kitchen was equipted well. It is nice to have a dining table and a sofa in the room. The studio room was spacious. Hotel is very close to a metro stop. Bed covers and blankets were dirty. In fact, I was bitten after using the blanket. This hotel can be rated 8 out 10 if bed covers and blankets kept clean too. I hoping this was one off and happened to us. |

Receptionists speak English and are very helpful.Underground parking with access by lift.Very peaceful area of Madrid with easy access to the center by metro and bus. Adding dishwasher and washing machine would be a great advantage.Everyday changed access code to wi fi. |

We loved it that they had free wi-fi, the front desk staff was excellent and very friendly, and spoke English well. They gave good directions, provided informative reading material about the attractions in Madrid and maps of the Metro, etc. Loved it that the room had a microwave, refridgerator and hot plate, and dishes and utensils. We had a very comfortable stay. The towels smelled like they were soaked in vinegar. Didn't smell very nice, but we knew they were clean. |

Good location, very close to metro, comfortable rooms (despite room darkness), internet free access great plus. Very good hotel for city trip purposes, awesome value for money. We received an international phone call at dawn and front desk did not transfered it to our room. |

One person in particular was very helpful. She helped us to locate a missing suitcase with the airlines. Furniture is not the latest. The beds make noise when you turn around. |

The hospitality of the hotel staff and the rooms are cute, acceptably clean. The location of the hotel was good for our needs (especially concidering location vs. prices). The bed could have been slightly more confortable. |

The hotel is very close to metro station (Dieo de Leon) and supermarket (Eroski). We asked for double bed but it was twin bed and it was not possible to put 2 beds together. I had read the same comment on previous customer comments. So there is no change! |
