De lokatie heerlijk in centrum vlak bij de metro dit in combinatie met een schone kamer met modern/strakke inrichting. |

Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam; verder alleen mijn complimenten vooral aan de heren v/d receptie o.a. Dhr. Martinez (middag dienst) en Dhr.van de nachtdienst (ben naam vergeten, excuses). |

De lokatie en de inrichting, daarom hebben wij voor dit hotel gekozen.We houden niet van sombere en bruin ingerichte hotels. Had een grotere kamer verwacht, volgens mij was het eigenlijk een 1 persoons kamer, het bed was nogal klein. Het kleinste bed wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt, voor deze klasse/prijs van het hotel. Onze kamer was geen 4 sterren waard. Volgens mij hadden we pech met de kamer. |

The coffee is great. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Furniture and fittings in all areas were tasteful and comfortable and above the ordinary. The well stocked minibar was excellent and room service prompt and excellent. I would have liked the bed to be made from scratch daily and not just pulled closed and neatened, and the carpet under the bed vacuumed daily. |

The location is excellent and the hotel is clean and modern. We did not stay there that often as there is so much on the doorstep of the hotel. Noise wasn't a problem either even though many people are still out at 7am from the night before. The entrance lobby is small and we didn't find the hotel bar. Not a massive issue as we would have prefered to go out for a drink anyway but it's sometimes nice to have that grand entrance to a hotel. Some of the bathroom could do with a little maintenace but this was only noted as I'm a building nerd! |

Reasonable size room. Very good bathroom. Excellent chamber maid, kept everything clean and tidy. Helpful desk staff. Superb central location. Excellent air conditioning. |

I loved the fact that it was so central! During the weekend that we stayed in Madrid, it was extremely hot in Madrid. The a/c in our hotel room was exceptionally cool and it was wonderful to come back to. |

location, location, location. I got the penthouse room, but I did not use the outdoor area. Thus, I recommend the hotel but not the extra cost of having the penthouse room. |

Excleent Staff, Modernly furnished rooms ( a little small though ), great breakfast. Superb location , just of sevilla Mtero and 5 min walk from Centro / Sol and ten mins from the musuems. Definitely worth staying if just a couple on a sight seeing holiday to Madrid. Excellent staff.!!! |

The location to teh Metro and shops were great, Staff helpful as well. The hotel needs better ac as it cannot cope with the summer temps in Madrid |

The location is good: close to the the area with restaurants and night life, 15-20 minutes walking to the train station and in the center of the city. Nice hotel with the Guide Style Madrid (was very helpful!) |

Room + bathroom were well laid out and clean, beds comfortable. Excellent location, walking distance to centre and major sights/museums No major issues - hotel staff i spoke with had hardly any suggestions/recommendations on restaurants or bars in the area. |

Beautiful decor, VERY friendly and helpful staff. And the breakfast buffet was fabulous! My room faced the main road and, although I was on a top floor, I could hear a lot of noise all night long. Obviously, not the hotel's fault, but by virtue of its location it was noisy. |

The hotel was centrally located and the facilities were clean and attractive. The rooms are very noisy due to traffic and pedestrians during the night, especially on weekends. The windows are not glazed and there is no protection to prevent the noise coming in. There is also limited noise protection from other noisy guests within the hotel. The cost of breakfast was high, given the limited food options available. |

The location is very good The room was very small.Related to this are the follwing;1) The legs on the bed catch / hurt your toes as you try to get in and out,2) The wardrobe is difficult to access 3) The bathroom door is not ideal |
