I loved the hotel, the look of the outside and the entry. The service is not what I have experienced at other Ritz hotels. The rooms were dated. |

We liked this hotel very much, luxury. Staff was very polite, we arrived 13 p.m., check in should be 14 p.m., we were offered to wait 20 minutes and offered drinks free of charge. In room we also found compliments, it's very nice, when you arrive. Buffet breakfast costs 30 eur per person. |

The location, comfort and style. We stayed at the hotel 7 days and the 4th day we had to ask to vacuum the room. Only one arm chair fitted into the small room we had. Cleaning inconsistent. Not much selection at breakfast even when it was very expensive. |

El servicio. Las sábanas. Está caduco necesita un repaso bien grande. De la ducha manaba un hilillo de agua y por mucho Ritz que sea, ya no se llevan dos grifos. Lo clásico no significa ajado e infuncional. Y le desayuno es excesivamente caro. |
