Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Bester Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt bzw. das Nachtleben zu erkunden. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Dachterrasse. Tolle Atmosphäre speziell beim Sonnenuntergang. Die Zimmer sind in einem schönen Design ausgestattet. Der Dachterrassenpool war zu meiner Zeit offiziell noch nicht geöffnet, obgleich er schon mit Wasser gefüllt war. Es war daher nicht erlaubt, die Füße in den Pool zu hängen. Sehr kleinlich wie ich meine. |

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Angestellte, die moderne Einrichtung, das Frühstück (nicht viel an Auswahl, aber ausgesprochen gut) Das Zimmer war ein bisschen eng. Nur je ein deutsch- und italienischsprachiger Fernsehkanal, alle anderen Programme waren spanisch. |

Es war ein nettes, komfortables Designerhotel. Zentral gelegen und mit einem angemessenen Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab eine Auswahl internationaler Zeitungen, sogar deutsche waren dabei. Die Musik beim Frühsrück war die Musik zwar OK, jedoch teilweise zu laut. Auf den Gängen zu den Zimmern ist es eindeutig viel zu dunkel. |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr bemüht uns in schwierigen Situationen nach Kräften zu unterstützen - siehe unten. Die Zimmer waren ruhig, angenehm und komfortabel. wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Uns war bekannt, dass es keine Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt. Dass sich aber selbst das Entladen des Gepäcks ( für 4 Personen) als schwierig erweisen würde, war nicht sehr angenehm. |

the location in the heart of chueca and absolutely great. the rooms designs are so strange and very uncomfortable, I stayed in an all orange room!!! with a very strange bed design that took much of the space of the room, I couldn't go to the windows to open them or put my bag any place just becuase the room design was very odd, there is no room service and the lift is a nightmare of card and screening, what is also very strange is if you decided not wanting to use the lift the doors to the floor are locked and only can be opened by a card, I had a very bad experience in these hotel and I know I will never be back, becuase location or not this hotel will make your stay in madrid a nightmare |

The roof terrace/lounge ; the design of the rooms (lights, larg windows); the view (we had a 7th floor room) ; location (in the city centre) there was a certain feeling of old-and-not-so-often-refurbished - nothing specific though ; no vegetables for breakfast (not even tomatoes) |

Excellent location just off Gran Via - within walking distance of all major sites and galleries. Lively area but bedrooms well soundproofed. Modern funky design and very friendly reception staff. Good selection buffet breakfast. |

the hotel is fantastic! The staff are super friendly. the rooms have a very cute and different decoration, and comfortable. we love! the restaurant is also very nice and with a different design too. The breakfast is varied. very good location... was very good choice! |

Interesting decor, nice staff, clean, good location, good price. Didn't like that the sink/bath/toilet area where so close to the bed and encased in glass. There was no privacy. The lighting in the room wasn't good (it was very gloomy around the mirror area) and as I was given a room with a small window looking out onto a central well there was little natural light. The safe wasn't safe at all as I could very easily lift it (I am a 5' 3" female). |

I liked the location of the hotel and certain staff were very helpful and friendly, but not consistent with all staff. The junior suite is a nice size corner room. The style and furnishings were very trendy and comfortable. After check-in, we found our room to be very dirty; everything from the floor and linens to the bathroom. We asked for another room which the staff accomodated after much negotiation along with an upgrade. This room was very comfortable and a lot cleaner. You won't find an iron at this property. Probably won't stay here again. |

La decoración de las habitaciones, y del hotel en general, hace que pasar una noche aquí tenga un punto especial, que no suelen tener la mayoría de los hoteles "convencionales". Por decir algo, la mampara de la bañera era demasiado pequeña, y cuando te duchabas, el suelo del baño acababa lleno de agua. |
