I'm not sure we got the room we booked. Hotel staff said it was not a standard room but a deluxe one. I'm sure they cheated. The room had nothing special.I'm really disappointed

We had a huge room, which was beautiful. However, we probably would not pay the 'asking price' had we not found a bargain online. The decor is nice, it is spotless, and bed very comfortable, the a/c fabulous, the bathroom great, the breakfast interesting and definitely big. Very tasteful.

They need a ramp for suitcases - there is a staircase entry in the front. There is no decent chair in the room if you need to work at the desk or computer. Very very uncomfortable, too high for the desk also, so not practical or helpful in that regard. The breakfast is quite darling, about 20 things on a tray brought to each guest at the table or in the room. However, it is exactly the same every day except for a change in the fruit. We were there 5 days.

Well located for us, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good value, clean comfortable room

Tuve problemas con la habitación porque no funcionaba la television y la ducha estaba rota. Tambien en el desayuno uno de los días tardaron media hora en atendernos. Afortunadamente me solucionaron ambas situaciones cambiandome a otra habitación en buenas condiciones y disculpandose por el problema del desayuno.

スタッフのサービスはとても満足しました。朝食もおいしくてとてもよかったです。英語が通じるのでかたこと- の英語の私でもコミニュケーションがとることができました。

バルセロナのホテルもそうでしたが、部屋の作りがスペインでは壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の声がものすごく聞こ- えてきます。

Troppo rumoroso (pareti e porte delle camere non insonorizzate); colazione non adeguata rispetto a prezzo;

La decoración, la ubicación y el trato amabilisimo de los trabajadores.Limpieza impecable de la habitacion, muy detallistas, nosotros viajabamos con un bebe y nos trajeron una toalla todos los días y un kit de gel y champú. Todo bien

El precio de la habitación doble superior me parece caro para el tamaño de la habitación, muy pequeña con la cuna de viaje del niño casi no teniamos espacio para pasar al baño

la situacion es muy comoda y la comodidad del parking.Las habitaciones amplias practicas y muy bien insonorizadas.Decoracion moderna.Me encanto el desayuno completo.

Justamente en la zona del desayuno ,la puerta por la que los camareros entraban y salian ,un porton blanco, si lo sujetaban no hacia ruido pero si pasaban con las manos llenas evidentemente no podian sujetar la puerta y el ruido era muy desagradable para lo bien que se esta en el hotel.

La décoration design, l'intimité et la discrétion de l'hôtel. L'emplacement dans un quartier plutôt chic et relativement proche du centre. Le petit déjeuner, raffiné.

L'équipement des chambres est un peu léger pour un 5 étoiles. On attend davantage de petites attentions, des accessoires dans la salle de bain ou le dressing seraient les bienvenus.

バスルームが清潔で、綺麗。ビューは道路側ではなかったが、静か。モダン、でスタイリッシュなインテリアで- 、良かった。スタッフは、丁寧、処理迅速。部屋と値段のコストパフォーマンスは良い。マッサージシャワーの- 付いたシャワーブースとバスタブの両方があり、快適。

バスルームのドアの建て付けの悪いところがあり、閉まらなかった。無線ラン(無料)はパワー不足。朝食は内- 容を考えるとお高い。ホテルの責任ではないが、近所で道路工事があり、足場が悪く、ほこりっぽい。
