Good location - about 3 blocks from the metro station. Instalations are new and the hotel is very confortable. On a calm and silent street (in front of a school). Expensive breakfast - didn´t have it at the hotel. |

It is small but clean and well-run hotel. Furniture is well-chosen, room-size is adequate. Breakfast area was small and right on the path between reception and elevators. Rooms could use wireless Internet connections, instead of cable-DSL (available for 5 Euro deposit from reception). Basic utensils could be made available in the kitchen without the need to ask from the staff. |

The hotel is new. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, as requested. The location of the washroom door of our room. Something could be done to facilitate circulation. |

The hotel is located near the Plaza de Espana and convenient to the Metro. It is in a non-touristy neighborhood. Close to the Parque del Oueste. Room was large and there also was a large outdoor terrace (I think only the 6th floor rooms have terraces). In room internet connections (if you have your own laptop) also was a plus, although the connection was very slow on our second visit. Although the hotel rooms have kitchenettes, the hotel staff is less than accomodating about the use of the kitchenettes. One must request a coffee/tea pot to heat water as well as cups, plates, etc. in order to use the kitchenette. On our second visit (one week after the first visit) the hotel staff told us we could not get bowls in our room even though they had been available on our first visit. |

Close to all tourist areas and the Metro, quick to get to from the airport. It would have been good to have had a small bar. |

The kitchen facilities were great, we cooked a couple of meals. The location was good, and easy walk to Plaza Espana and even Plaza Mayor. Movie theater right around the corner as well as a number of Tapas joints. |

This hotel was a great find. It is in a quiet residential area but close to the metro. The staff is excellent and friendly. We found a great local cafe just down the street for breakfast. Very safe area. Close to park. Within walking distance of museums, shopping, restaurants, etc. no wireless available in room. |

Not far at all from Plaza España and metro station. Rooms have a kitchen with microwave and fridge in case you want to eat something prepared by yourself. Design of the place is very relaxing and modern. Very neat. Very good value for money. |

A very short walk from the Plaza de España Metro station, the Sercotel Suites Viena is a great place to stay while in Madrid. It's in a nice area, as some of the other hotels in the price range were in areas that didn't seem to be the best. Upon arrival, the front desk was very friendly, and actually upgraded us to a nicer room, because we used Booking.com to make reservations. The room was very nice - clean design, Euro-fashionable furniture and two full beds joined together. The room had a small kitchenette, minibar, LCD TV (with sound in the bathroom) and a patio overlooking the city. Throughout our 3 day stay, the front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and quiet, and getting around town was easy and safe from this area. Internet is included and free, but wireless internet on the 6th floor didn't work too well. So, they offer network cables for free (with 5E deposit). All in all, a great place to stay in Madrid! |

This hotel has a nice location because it is close to major attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc but situated in a neighborhood and therefore one can escape a bit from all the tourists and get a sense of how people live in Madrid. The rooms have a very chic, modern design. The room was not as clean as it should have been. |

Front-desk staff. Pantry. The blanket was neither warm or compfortable enough (too thin). Hotel amenities were not enough for two persons. Shampoo ran out after second ot third uses. I stepped on a doop-stoppper knob in the bathroom for several times. |

Staff was very good, room was pretty big with small kitchen and balcony. Just 5 min. walk from Plaza de Espana and 10 min. from shopping. We arrived around noon, and room couldn't be ready till 2pm. But staff was very helpful in getting our luggages stored so we didn't need to wait around. Other than this inconvenience, the rest was very good. |
