Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Very convenient shuttle service, spacious room and bathroom, nice and helpful staff, and a restaurant (with a welcome cocktail) It's ideal for a one night stay especially if your flight is in the middle of the night. I don't know if you can easily go to the city (there seemed to be a bus stop on the other side of the highway but I didn't ask if it could take one to the city) |

Friendly staff Rooms were very noisy and taxis at the airport don't like to go to the hotel and if you find one they cheat you. We had to pay 32 eur for 4 kms. |

convenience to the IFEMA exhibition centre and to the airport. memebers of staff were very helpful Inaccessability for public transport. On a busy dual carriageway and no shops restaurants or bars available in the vicinity., A car an absolute necessity . |

Staff was friendly, room was clean, the rate was very low. Good hotel if you want to save money and only stay overnight. 1) Hotel is far from the airport, and the shuttle does not run continuously; you had to reserve your spot in advance to be guaranteed a seat 2) Food selection was poor, tasteless and overpriced. Morning coffee was pretty bad (from an automatic coffee machine, not worth the 2 euros) 3) No free wireless internet (had to pay for 24 hrs acess 5.35 euros, when I only needed 10 min, but they did not have an option for less time) |

Free shuttle to/from airport. Staff was able to communicate in english and hotel is close to airport. Yes. It is a noisy place and almost impossible to find unles you use the shuttle from/to airport. |

The SHS is located close to Barajas Airport. It offers free 24hr pick up and drop off from the airport which saves u around 60 euros in taxi fares. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful as was the driver of the minibus. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next day to catch our ongoing flight so we didn't get a chance to fully experience what this hotel had to offer but we will definately be using it again and would recommend it to anyone who is flying in and then out of Madrid with an overnight stay. Its a little far out of the city for those looking to base themselves here for sightseeing but thats not what this hotel is about. As for the facilities on offer, we noticed a disco which is seperate from the hotel but still in its grounds. Within the hotel is a bar/cafe which we visited in the evening and again found the bartender helpful and cheery. We didn't have time for breakfast so can't comment on that side. All in all a good hotel with friendly staff and in a good location for travellers. |

The prices of the room is very attractive for an hotel airport. The hotel shuttle transportation from and to the airport is excellent (10-15 minute ride depending on traffic) The hotel location. The restaurant is overpriced and the quality kind of poor. There is no other restaurant nearby (at least that we know). Overall, the hotel is more than fine if you are just looking for a place where to sleep between connecting flights. |

All of the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Airport shuttle very efficient. A lot of noise could be heard from neighbouring rooms. A lot of cats appear to be living in grounds wich could be smelt in the room. Really a motel with rooms situated in 4 blocks adjacent to main reception, restaurant and bar. Apart from the noise disturbance facilities were adequate for overnight stay for flight connection. |

The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and the food is not very good. In addition, the air conditioning in the hotel turned off during the night, so it became quite warm in our room. |

It was perfect for us because we needed to leave for the airport in the morning. They have their own shuttle to the airport, free internet access, the staff was friendly, nice layout design modern and clean, suitable for couple with young children. Good value for money. No comment. We like everything about the hotel. |

The staff were welcoming, accurate with our reservation and did much more than they were required to do in trying to find a way for us to check in for our flight the next morning. They were professional, courteous, and very attentive to the needs and requests of the customer. |

It served my purpose for an overnight stay between flights from Madrid to Naples. Staff were pleasant & helpful. The dining room & bar were excellent. Airport shuttle was excellent. The location is not particularly pleasant but for one night it was ok. |
