L'habitació era espaiosa, el llit molt còmode Les obres impedien accedir a l'hotel en cotxe.l'atenció a recepció no estava a l'alçada de les quatre estrelles. El servei de parking molt mal resolt. Gent molt sorollosa i cridanera al bar que donaven una lamentable imatge a l'hotel.Pocs ascensors que feien l'espera molt pesada..Les sales d'estar poc càlides i acollidores. El passadís d'accés a l'ascensor massa estret |

Té bona comunicació en transports públics, és tranquil li falta que la zona de spa entri en el preu, ja que tampoc és una gran sala. |

Close to the Metro Station and that station is close to Chamartin Station. Facilities are clean and new. Staffs are polite and kind. Expensive Wi-Fi access. |

Allowed late check out 3;30 pm. Friendly. Good location to airport, business and city centre. Clean modern, huge comfortable bed! easy to find! Cost of parking particularly if you went in and out of parking lot more than once a day. EU 22 just for night and EU 13 for 4 hours afternoon! Guests should get a day pass. Also internet system though free was inconvenient with new codes every 24 hours. |

The room was clean and really comfortable. The wi-fi Internet connection is free of charge and so very useful when travelling for business. |

Shopping & visiting friends My only complain is that the breakfast served at the hotel cafeteria was not good, soggy "churros" & bad toasts. I'm not referring to the breakfast included with the room, just what it was served to us at the cafeteria. |

Very friendly staff, superb location within madrid only a stones throw away from metreo line to anywhere in the city. Price of food and drink within hotel very good, Other good restaurants within a short walk from hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. In general a very good hotel and i will be going back again. I would highly recommend this hotel for familys or business trips. |

I loved our room it wasn't limited to one room it had two rooms connected. The bathroom was nice and the maid came every day. The beds were very comfortable we had a hard time getting out of bed. It was right next to a Mc Donald's which my 3 year old loved and right across from the metro station. Easy access to the city. Hard Rock about 4 miles down. Great Hotel Room service did not fulfill my breakfast in bed order, I was alittle heart broken. |

Good location for my visit with Metro closeby. Room was excellent and I thought it was very clean and well maintained - I think the hotel managed to deliver a relaxed environment while maintining a high quality feel. |
