The people and service. Although only a few spoke English, everyone was always friendly and ready to help. I paid 47 euro per night for a 4 star hotel room, was a great deal and completely worth the money I paid. We are both vegetarians and it was impossible to find anything without fish or meat in the menu. The gym was not well equipped. Hotel was 1.25 km from the nearest metro, although we did not mind the walking, some may, so a heads up. |

I had stayed at silkens hotel over sapin I really likes this hotel with all facilites, design, staff. I recomended for all to try Silken hotels. there are a free parking close to the hotel in Madrid it's just far from the citycenter |

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, but they look nothing like the pics i saw. It's far from city centre and the location is hard to find. The hotel does not look very modern. |

The room was excellent. Great look and feel to the hotel. Breakfast choice very good. Service in breakfast and evening meal very good and friendly. Everything was very thorough Not really. Perhaps even more of a choice at the evening meal menu. |

The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was prompt. The closeness to the bus stop (both to the city centre and to the airport). The general room facitiies. On the first of our three nights' stay we returned to the hotel at about 10 pm and found that there were no towels in the bath room and the wardrobe door was off its runners and stuckfast. Credit to the hotel the situation was resolved within five minutes. |

The bedroom and bathroom were of a good size and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The area is very quiet at night. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. It's about forty minutes by bus to the city centre. If returning late at night you have to take a taxi. The restaurant is very quiet and without character but the staff can recommend a good Italian restaurant in the vicinity. Otherwise you have to go into the city. |

It was a cheap and luxury hotel. Staff were always helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was thought for customers in this hotel. I will directly go to this hotel in my next visit to Madrid. Maybe some computer can be put to lobby for the usage of customers. |

It is a very nice hotel situated between the airport and the city center. Comfort and good food makes it a good choice if you are going for fairs. If you are going for a city tour of Madrid this hotel is a bit far from the city center, a bus takes you there in 30 minutes, but you will have to spend quite some time going back and forth, |
