Personnel was very helpful, hotel rooms are fairly large and comfy. The rooms on the side of the road are rather noisy. The subway is pretty far away from the hotel. Bus connections are okay, but it is still far away from downtown. |

I liked especially the hotel staff, services and facilities. They were all very nice and they tried their best for my comfort. I could say that I didn't liked where it's placed... 20 minutes walk from the subway, surrounded by blocks of flats... not very nice view... |

price (i paid only 10 euro per night, including the reakfast: very nice offer. Also the business centre in the central hall was for free in March. 20 m from the hotel you can take a bus (70) to the nearest Metro station (GArcia Noblejas)from where you can travel easily into the city centre. It did not bother me, but it is quite a distance to go to the city centre (bus or walk first to the metro station and from there 20 minutes in metro to i.e. Puerta del Sol. Breakfast very Spanish (good but no cereals) |

The staff was great!! It was really not close to the world trade center and neither to the city, so for the money I would stay somewhere else. |

Situacion para moverse en coche. Habitacion espaciosa, muy practica para seguir trabajando cuando regresas al hote. La conexion WIfi - Deja mucho que desear. Seria el hotel ideal en Madrid para una agente comercial si no fuera por este detalle. |

Las instalaciones y atencion del personal fue muy bueno, los banos muy bien La lejania con algun metro, hay que caminar unos 15 min para llegar, sumando que el primer dia llegas con maletas, es algo pesado, pero cuando llegas, vale la pena. |

Lo mejor del hotel es que no se puede decir nada malo. La habitación era muy grande y confortable, y estaba limpia. En la habitación que nos dieron al principio había algunos defectos de mantenimiento, pero al informar a recepción nos cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación. Se puede aparcar en la calle sin grandes problemas, es un barrio muy tranquilo. Se tarda prácticamente una hora en llegar al centro en metro, entre andar hasta la boca más cercana (1 km.) y los trasbordos. |

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la amplitud de las habitaciones y la limpieza. Que dice que tiene wi-fi, pero es mentira porque la red da muchos problemas. |

La grandezza della camera e del letto (1piazza e mezza a testa). La camera era pulita. Si può tranquillamente definire un bell'albergo. Penso sia superiore alle 3 stelle. La posizione. E' distante circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. C'è comunque la linea 70 dalla stazione della metro fino all'albergo estremamente comoda. |

sympatyczna obsługa, czysto, wygodne łóżka, przyjemny wystrój, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu przez wifi (trzeba poprosić o kod!) Położenie - hotel jest położony dość daleko od centrum a względnie blisko lotniska ale na poranne loty (przed szóstą rano) trzeba zamówić taxi w cenie 25Euro (zamawiana przez obsługę hotelu) bo dojazd o tak czesnej komunikacją miejską jest zbyt czasochłonny. Położenie jest "ciche jak na Madryt" o ile nie otwieramy okien i dostaniemy pokój od cichej strony (hotel przy ulicy z dość dużym ruchem ulicznym). |

La habitacion era muy espaciosa y moderna, muy buena relacion calidad precio, y la cafeteria del hotel aunque era pequeña para desayunar estaba muy bien y a precios de calle. El baño era un poco pequeño, pero no estaba mal. |

El tamaño de la habitación. Al llegar no pude ducharme porque el agua caliente salía marrón, me cambiaron de habitación y ocurría lo mismo, además la colcha de la cama estaba llena de pelos. |
