The staff on reception and the breakfast. The transfer to the airport The kitchen in the appartments was closed. The path to the city is very long and takes a lot of time. |

Nice clean facilities,good restaurant It was raining, you have to walk from the street to the entrance exposed to the elements, no cover. No umbrellas provided. |

Breakfast selection, clean and large rooms were nice. Room was quiet. Close to airport. Having to call for the shuttle to arrive. It is inconvenient for international travelers. |

Well located to airport and conference centre.Breakfast adequite/good .Rooms spacious and clean Transportation was very poor especially from Airport to hotel. Kept waiting two hours. Further transport difficult to arrange through reception. No English TV or pay TV |

There was free bus from and to airport. It was clean,comfortable and quiet.Besides the bedroom and bathroom we got a kitchen and a living room. Well, they were useless for us, but it was suprising. Buffet breakfast was nice. Well, It really can't be helped, but the hotel wasn't near the center nor the metro station. So it seemed one should have a car or taxi to get to the center. |

It was near the exhibition ground and they provided buses to the exhibition. Housekeeping quality and kitchen wares. |

The service for the buffè was very good. The security at the hotel is very good. The transportation services to & from the airport is also very good. They should be informing their guests in 15 or 30 minutes time before checking out from their rooms, to avoid misunderstandings with their guests. They should help their guests to make sure that the coins telephone is functioning always.It`s very often out of function. |

The free airport shuttle, free wifi throughout the hotel. Unfriendly staff - there was no greeting when I approached the desk. The food in the restaurant (more like a cafetaria) was tasteless. No minibar in the room. |

Its a good Hotel for Business Traveller to Madrid on short stay. Though a bit away from city center but still easy to access. Good Break fast and in the vicinity of a big shoppping mall. overall on scale of 10 i will give 8 |

Room was large. Regular shuttle connection to the airport. Very nice breakfast, excellent buffet for dinner TV set not in the room but in a separate living room. For solo travelers not ideal. The bathtube was too small. Reception desk too small and understaffed. Internet was unfortunately not working and this for business travellers is really not good, staff tried to help and fixed it but they did not manage to sort this out |

I liked the design of the building, the location, comfort, quietness of the hotel and cleanliness of the room. The service at reception was just correct, but nothing kind and friendly. I didn't liked too much the food in restaurant (had breakfast) and particularly the staff working there made too much noise while working |

It served its purpose, i.e., a pit stop before boarding a plane for home. The staff at the reception desk were very courteous. Its proximity to Madrid Airport and shuttle service to and from the airport were our reason for choosing to stay there. The rooms were very austere and very stuffy. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was barely edible! After enjoying a wonderful vacation and delicious food throughout Spain it was too bad that this was our last experience in Spain. If I had it to do over, I wouldl have sprung for the cost of a taxi to take us to the Old Town area of Madrid to spend our final night. As I understand from a fellow traveler, the old section is not all that far from the airport (about a 15-20 minute taxi ride). I would not recommend staying at this hotel for any other reason than the free shuttle service to and from the airport. |

Very clean, close to airport, great breakfast buffet included in price, walking distance to huge mall. Absolutely no instructions on how to use the phone in the room. I could not even figure out how to contact the reception desk. |

I like the fact that they have a suttle every 25 minits the rooms go completely dark using the drapes each room is a suit with 2 roomsand for 70 euro with breakfast its great and by the way i had hot water |
