The hotel staff was very efficient and the location of the hotel is good. It is a little outside the center but near 2 subway stations (Arturo Soria or Esperanza) |

The hotel was in a good location for the airport. It was a 5min walk to the metro which took you anywhere you liked in Madrid. The room we had was above the bar/ restaurant. There was some sort of machinery that was very loud from 8am to 11pm. |

Nice hotel - may be 3*, not 4*, but anyway pretty comfortable and clean. I could suggest renewal of some linen pieces, but this is really a minor concern and only refers to tissue surface; while it was all perfectly clean. |

Hotel was perfect for price and the staff were excellent and very friendly. Distance from hotel to downtown (Sol and Opera) on metro takes nearly 30 min with 1 transfer. |

Clean. My booking was for a double room and when arrived I had a twin room that is very dissapointing when you espect a romance night. This is not at all a 4 stars hotel.This is a clean gesthosuse. |

Cute little place with very nice staff. Easy travel in a short time to centre and main touristic spots. Fits in with its star qualification. |

The hotel is about 3 minutes walking from the metro station. Staff at reception desk very friendly. Small hotel with modern, but still "Spanish" style. Very clean. Breakfast was OK, but there was not that much choice - it is a small hotel. |

the breakfast was ok. The fact that they come and clean the room every day is good. Good service, very friendly staf. the room wasn·t ready when we arrived. We got send to an untidy, used room. But the problem was handle quickly and sufficient. |

Que estaba bien ubicado para lo que tenía q hacer en Madrid Si no había calefacción si no un aparato de aire acondicionado que salía airecaliente pero con mucho ruido, luego al reponer los artículos de aseo de un Dia para otro no lo ponían y el desayuno se servia en la 3 planta en un sitio muy oscuro y con poca variedad |

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y sitio tranquilo No me ha gustada nada su ubicación, la combinación de metros es muy mala y para ir solo esta muy a desamano.No había servicio de comidas ni cafeteria abierta a la noche y el bar más proximo era bastante cutre. |
