Nettes, sehr sauberes, ruhig u. dennoch zentral gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit - ein großes Kompliment für die Unterstützung bei unserer familiären Situation und der dadurch notwendigen vorzeitigen Abreise!! Muchas gracias!! Bei unserem nächsten Madrid Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder. |

Sehr sher freundliche unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Leute. Habe auch im besser bewerteten Hotel Orence übernachtet. Der Service war entäuschend. |

Das Service war ausgezeichnet. Für meine Begriffe ist das Hotel mit 3 Sternen zu wenig gut bewertet. Eine Mitarbeiterin war (im Vergleich zu den anderen) uns gegenüber etwas reserviert und wirkte überheblich. Das war aber für uns absolut kein Grund eine Beschwerde an das Hotel zu richten. |

The hotel was fine, and the room was clean.. The wireless connection was not good at all. The TV did not have any English channels. They were all Spanish. |

The position is very good as it was easy to catch either the Metro or a bus. There is a lot of noise from outside the hotel - the street areas and it can be very distrubing |

My trip to Madrid was to attend a Real Madrid game and the location of the hotel was ideal for this. The friendly and helpful attitude of the staff was also a plus and my room was well appointed and comfortable. |

The employee at hotel is very helpful. The hotel is close to two metro stops, walking distance about 5 to 7 minutes. It is also close to supermarket, resturants. The hotel is located in a small street, it is quiet at night. The room and bed are a little bit small, but asian people is ok. Hotel provides freewireless, which is wonderful. But my room is in the end of the hall way, so signal is poor. But it works in my colleage's room and in lobby. |

reception clerk, neatness of the room, hotel is near to the metro, cleaning the room every day, pool and wi-fi access pool was open from 11 or 12 o´clock a.m.- that was too late; at the end of our stay we had in our room a lot of ants near the table, but everything was clean |

This hotel is very well located for the conference centre (next to the Bernabeu stadium) and a short walk to the next metro station. It is modern and well run. |

near by two metro stations. quit area. friendly staff. the rooms look less impressive than the photos on site. poor quality of furnishing and finishing through out the room. from the entry door, to beds and desk. we don't have opinion for the rest of the facilities as we haven' t use them. |

We enjoyed the room, it was very nice, clean and comfortable. We also liked the fact that it was close to the metro and we could move around Madrid easily. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems very clean, and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and its walking distance from two metro station that have direct lines to city centre so you can be there in about 20 minutes. My shower hose had a cut any it and I asked for it to be fixed each day however noone stopped by to fix it. |

The room, the location and the helpful staff. I thought breakfast was expensive and as a result did not partake. Great breakfast in VIPS accross the road for €4. |
