Besonders hervorzuheben ist die moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung sowie Sauberkeit und guenstige Lage zum Flughafen und zur Stadt.Die Serviceleistungen,zb.Shuttelservice vom/zum Flughafen sind sehr gut und das Personal kompetent und freundlich,wie auch das Preisleistungsverhaeltnis hervorragend ist. |

Die Grösse des Zimmers und die tolle Einrichtung des Badezimmers. Es ist auch eine sehr ruhige Lage oder das Hotel ist sehr gut isoliert. |

super nettes designhotel, frühstück ist gut, liegt in einer wohngegend, burgerking in der nähe, auch nah einer metro-station: barajas. airportshuttle vom flughafen: kommt 1x die stunde, rezeption weiß aber nicht wann!! sehr ärgerlich, wenn man wartet und wartet, habe dann für diese 5 min fahrt mit taxi: € 16,20 bezahlt. wäre gut, wenn hotel einen timetable hat!!!!!!! |

Hotel appeared new so very clean and new. Staff very helpfull. Hotel is very sterile. I got no joy or pleasure. There is no comfort. The restaurant is below what I expect of a 4* hotel. Very limited menu, mostly sandwiches and in very cheap surroundings. This is really a budget hotel. It would not be my first choice if staying at Madrid airport overnight again. |

Really close to metro station and the airport shuttle. Good room, clean and very frindly staff. There was a noise comming from the ventilation system. Even though it was switched off. I couldn;t sleep due to this. It wasn't just on my room, as I asked to the gest next to my room, and she said she could here it as well. |

Short transfer time from Airport(usually 5-10mins, max 15 minutes if shuttle must visit all terminals). Staff were friendly and willing, food was served until 23:30. This is a still a new hotel and very comfortable. Highly recommeded. As with most Spanish Hotels there are few English speaking tv channels and most programmes are dubbed. |

The bed was very comfortable. the room was lovely and very stylish. we had asked for a travel cot which was provided with out any fuss. we arrived at 9:45ish to the hotel and was very upset to learn we could not order food via room service. we had not had dinner and were very hungry. we had a little baby with us and did not want to eat in the hotel bar. The front desk could not tell us that we could order food to take away from the bar, why not? the bar told us initially that we were not able to take food upstairs. why not? later they realised they could let food be taken away. |
