Very near Ifema fair, very near to metro station easy to arrive in city center. The breakfast was not suitable for a 4 star, no yogurt, no espresso and only one flavour of juice. |

A "People" oriented hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The building and rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. The price was very reasonable. |

You need a clock in the room. The lighting is dark. The light switches are fussy to work with.. You need more than one bar of soap, two people cannot use just one bar that you provide. |

This hotel is near the metro station and provides shuttle bus to the airport. The coridoor was too dark and the colour theme of the room could be brighter. |

Good price, good location. The rooms were noisy. You could hear the neighbors above and next door. The water pipes were especially loud in the early morning. |

The hotel is new and is neat and clean; ideal for a business traveller attending conference at the fair grounds nearby. Hotel staff was courteous and the shuttle bus was prompt for pick-up at the airport as well as drop and pick-up at the fair grounds. |

easy location to Feria Madrid conference centre, hotel provided a shuttle bus every hour to event and the airport. Room was a bit small but very clean. Reception staff excellent. advertised 24 hour food, this was in form of a snack machine in the corrider, no water in room or iron. restaurant hours seem to vary daily none of the staff spoke english making it very difficult, menu was very basic. |

It was very clean And new with modern design. Comfortable with restaurant & bar in lobby. Close to airport with free shuttle service to and from airport. Subway station is within walking distance for easy access Into Madrid center. Much better than staying in noisy Madrid to sleep. |

It was really close to the aeroport and very new The pipes made a horrible sound in the morning , not only ours but the other people that was weaking up earlier than us. And there is not much insonorisation between rooms. |

Very comfortable rooms, very nice decorated, good 24-hours bar-restaurant at the Hotel. Very close to Barajas Airport and therefore highly recommended for travellers who seek an Hotel for their stay before flight - 10 minutes drive to the Airport (although take into consideration some delay during "rush hours", at least in the morning when e drove to the Airport). Not so easy to find the Hotel in the complicated roads that surround the Airport. |

The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. Everything is beautiful: room, bathroom, furniture, hallway, living room, restaurant, court. The rooms are spacious. And everything works as expected. Located in a quiet area. I really liked this hotel. The standard story for Europe - thin walls. You can hear that people walking in the neighboring rooms and the corridor. But talk is not heard. Improve sound insulation. |

The hotel was fantastic value for money and although not in the centre of town itis very near the metro. I would certainly stay there again especially with a 7.30 am flight the following morning |

The main reason I chose this hotel was because there is a 24 hour airport shuttle, and we wanted to stay close to the airport to catch our morning flight. The hotel room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. Because we stayed on Sunday night, there were only a couple of restaurants open nearby, but there was a convenience store about a block away from the hotel, and the neighbourhood was very safe to walk in. Definitely recommend if you want to stay by the airport. Small things, but it would have been nice to have the menu for the restaurant in our hotel room and a shower cap. Also make sure to confirm with the shuttle driver which hotel you are going to because the shuttle stops at two: TACH and Clement Hotels. It's confusing because my confirmation said TACH by Clement Hotels, so I didn't realize there were two separate hotels in the same area and serviced by the same shuttle bus. |
