The hotel was very basic and very clean. I would suggest that there be a non-slip mat in the tub (very slippery). |

It was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed it and would stay again. The only negative thing is the metro is a little bit far, but not too bad, its a hotel really near the motorways if you have a car. |

It was simple, but clean and cheap, real value for the money. Even though it is out of the centre, the connection by bus no 53 is very convenient and takes you straight to the centre. |

The hotel has easy access to Central Madrid either by tube or bus. The room with sofa bed for children was comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a weekend in Madrid. The area has a wide range of shops and restaurants at reasonable prices. The staff was helpful. |

Excellent quality/price relation. Good connection to the public trnasportation: It takes 10 minutes on foot to the "Barrio de la Concepcion" metro station; coming from the airport, drive one station (three stations from the Terminal 4) to the "Campo de las Naciones" station, then take public bus No. 122, which will bring you directly to the hotel It is noisy indeed |

la relación calidad-precio,la parada de bus justo en frente del hotel,que te pone en Sol o el Bernabeu(irá a más lugares,pero yo sólo fuí a estos)en 10-15 minutos.La parada de metro queda a 5 minutos andando.El hotel está muy bien comunicado por decir algo..que no está en una zona nada bonita |

la habitación es grande y cómoda bastante ruido desde el pasillo por la noche. el último día no había agua caliente (9 de la mañana!!!). se puede mejorar la limpieza del suelo en el baño. |

la cama era cómoda muy cutre el aseo. Una sola bolsita de gel y una pastillita de jabón. Si te duchas por la noche y después por la mañana ya no tienes gel, ni por supuesto champoo. El deyuno era muy pobre, y no estaban pendientes de traer lo que se acababa. |

Personalul extrem de amabil si serviabil, faptul ca exact in fata hotelului sunt statii de autobuz (cu destinatii sau legaturi bune), linistit. M-au anuntat cu o jumatate de ora inainte de a ma urca in avion ca nu garanteaza rezervarea mea, dupa ce primisem confirmare cu trei saptamani in urma. Curatenia mai riguroasa (canapeaua era chiar f. murdara, cu multe pete vizibile, geamurile murdare, peretii cu f. multe urme), schimbarea prosoapelor zilnic, oferirea de minimum necesar pentru toaleta (de bun simt). |
