Clean The stuff is very "cold" and "distant" and I think that they have a problem with the people from Romania. They treat us as potential criminals. Every day they blocked the rooms being necessary every day to answer to the reception how long we intend to stay, when we'll leave etc. (even if we payed in advance). they asked us to give and sign for our credit card (even is we payed in advance). |

The hotel is on the outskirts of Madrid but well situated. The Metro is only a short walk and goes directly to the heart of town in 20 minutes for 1 Euro. (Cheaper passes are available.) There are shops and inexpensive neighborhood cafes nearby. The beautiful Juan Carlos I Park is a 15 minute walk away, as is the quaint Capricho Park, which is open on weekends. The back rooms have nice views over the swimming pool and are quiet. We had a mini-bar refrigerator that we used to store our own purchases. Very nice, indeed. Due to current roadworks, arrival by public bus from the airport requires a 20-minute walk up and over the highway. This could be inconvenient in bad weather. |

The staff were very helpful. The room was immaculately clean and quite comfortable. Once you know where to go, the airport is very fast (10 minutes) and cheap to reach by public bus. Not easy to find coming from the airport. The aircon did not seem to have much of an effect. |

Excellent location - bus to the airport and access to the tube in a 200m distance; good modern faciliey; close to local neighborhood (Canillejas) with lots of places to eat; friendly staff; great value for money. It was extremely hot in the bedroom and the air conditioner was not working properly. The mini-bar fridge was not working properly too (the staffed offered to change our room, anyway). |

A good hotel with friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the metro station; within 25 minutes you are in the centre of Madrid. Private parking is also available. |

The hotel is great if you intend use it as a base to sightsee; functional, clean, well presented, not luxurious, but very good value for money. We were out and about during the day, ate locally at night. It's in a pleasant, friendly neighbourhood, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The local people are friendly. Most dont speak much English, which is good if you want to practice Spanish. Its convenient for public transport. The metro will bring you to the centre in about 20 mins, so its out of town, which suited us, but wouldn't suite people who are in Madrid for the nightlife. The pool is clean and not overcrowded, if fact there were lots of times when we had it to ourselves. |

Good, well appointed rooms. Very convenient location. Good concierge service. Great Air Conditioning - a saviour in summer. Warning! This hotel only has 5 rooms with a double bed! (515,519 & 601 being three of them). We were given 3 x twin bedded rooms initially and were told that our request via Booking.com for Double Beds was never received. Beds are quite hard, otherwise everything wonderful. |

clean room The pool was closed even though the hotel advertises that they have it. The staff spoke very little english. The hotel did not have any ironing boards or irons - very hard to believe that they are a four star hotel. |

Really nice 4 star hotel for a very good rate! And even though it seems to be far from the city, it has a metro stop so it takes 15 minutes to get to the centre. And it is also only 15 min to the airport. Very nice stay. |
