I believe the hotel was satisfactory for the money accept I was charged higher for my Saturday night than my son and daughter in law. The access for disable people or people with walking problems getting into the Hotel could be improved by a ramp or access to the lift at a lower level. |

The hotel was very accommodating n gracious!Our train was delayed due to the floods in the border of France/Spain,in short we missed the deadline for check-in.HOwever, the hotel was very nice in extending our hours of stay.We should have arrived at 10pm the previous night,but came in at 8am,n they allowed us to stay till 4pm.In fact,we were still traveling to Fatima, Portugal with our big luggages,and they allowed us to store 3 pieces (we were a couple) of our luggages for free,which reallly greatly alleviated and made our trip to Fatima, Portugal a delight! Thank you again to this hotel! Without flattering them,their hotel is luxurious enough for one to have a pleasant stay.I Am absolutely very fuzzy abt hotels, bt 1 shld stay here! |

close to the Chamartin Staition & Metro station. There is buffet restaurant in the hotel & near the hotel. I stayed Delux room. It was large room. (like a juneir suite room, bed room & sofa room) with kettle for the tea & coffee. |

Right next to Chamartin station so very convenient for early/late trains but not a very interesting area to stay in. It did have a pool however. |

Pool was nice & also fairly quiet, rooms very nice. Staff extremely unhelpful particularly 2 extremely elder male receptionists. No facilities to buy drinks near pool. Onsite bar was closed. No free towels for pool. Location is not great, yes it is near tube but otherwise you are in an industrial park. |

the hotel is near the subway and train station "Chamartin" with a direct line to the city center. the room was large, comfortable, nice room temperature, quiet and very clean, which for me is very important. it is probable i will stay in this hotel again when i return to Madrid. |

Excellent value for the money spent. I took an upgrade package costing an extra €15 a night. That got me a large and spacious room with all amenities and free internet. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, luxurious room. Much more than what to expect from a 3-star. Location right next to Chamartin station makes travel across Spain and Madrid a breeze. This is more a general Spanish tendency of doing whatever possible to complicate otherwise nice things a bit. So a nice flight of stairs to the hotel lobby means you need to haul up your bags. Hotel staff behaviour functional at best. Not exactly dying to please. And noone told me that free internet means that the login card works for only 2 hrs. |

Nada, no me ha gustado nada Horroroso, situado en un descampado, dificil de llegar en coche, sin parking, para entrar un escalon de medio metro, y ya en la habitacion no funciona la tele (mas viajas que mi abuela) nos cambian de habitaicon y al rato la tele tambien deja de funiconar, a todo esto solo una recepcionista para atender a todos los que saliamos por la mañana. |

Próximidad estación Chamartín. Estupenda relación calidad/precio. La escalinata para subir a la recepción del Hotel, muy difícil acceso con maletas y cargado de bultos. |

El precio y la ubicación, que es excelente. El hotel no es especialmente propicio para personas que llevan una amante, pero ese no fue mi caso. Además, el colchon para mi gusto era blando. |

habitacion quise contratar servicio telepizza y me sentí engañada, me dijeron que el servicio era igual y las promociones de la calle no existian por llamar desde el hotel, tuve que pagar en recepción y me cobraron costes de llamada, esto no se me comento y antes pedí información. |
