Good location for airport; free airport transport at all hours. The very thin walls - the amorous antics of the couple next door could be heard in explicit detail throughout the night, even after Security had supposedly spoken to them. Also, some traffic noise from the motorway. |

good and punctual pick up service from the airport, metro station located close to the hotel,10 minutes walk, with direct connection to the city centre, nice clean bathrooms staff is not friendly,not welcoming |

It was quiet, and close from the airport. The free shuttle from and to the airport was a good bonus. The Booking.com rate was quite good. The bed wasn't very comfortable. It looked like a cheap, portable bed. Not suitable for a hotel that claims to be a 4-Star rating hotel. Also, the hotel shuttle doesn't come to the airport terminal if you didn't call, and there was no mention of this anywhere. The quality of food for breakfast buffet was not very good. You are better off going to an airport café. The hotel staff is unfriendly and indifferent at best. |

Overall clean and tidy and very suitable for my business trip. The level of English spoken by the reception staff varied. The internet connection was variable and a bit expensive. Taxis were not always available at the Taxi rank outside the hotel. |

I liked the location near the airport and the convenience of the shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel was modern and clean. Should have better television reception and options. |

Before traveeling to thsi hotel I have to admit I was very worried having read the previous reviews. However during my stay and on arrival I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my visit. Upon at the airport it was easy to find the shuttle and as soon as we boaded it left and within 5 mins we were at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and gave us directions to the nearest station and a map to find our way around. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly nice with modern furnishings.All in all it was a good stay. |

Excellent location near Barajas airport. Hotel has numerous restaurants and bars to choose from. Room was very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was good. Though I had a non-smoking room, someone had been smoking in the room previously (there was a tobacco odor). Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was slow (had to wait 45 minutes), and schedule from hotel to airport could be more frequent. |

We liked the free bus shuttle to the airport and that there was lots of restaurants and shops within the hotel but not much at all outside of it? Location was a bit out the way with nothing to really do nearby but we just ordered a pizza! |

Excellent value, helpful staff, variety of bars/restaurants, proximity to Airport and Metro. Ideal for visiting Madrid or overnight stays when flying into and out of Barajas International Airport. One to add to your favorites! |

Swimming pool is excellent. Close to the airport and close to the office I was working at. There was no place to iron. The shirts I left for ironing were not picked up once. The airco wass loud. All English tv channels were paid. There's no fridge in the room! The regulation excerpt in the elavator says: "It is not allowed eating"... |

The facilities. Yes, the shuttle driver was extremelly rude. There was a storm when many of the guests were waiting for our transfer to the hotel and he was shuffling people around as cattle. He even left my bag to sit in the back of the van when we arrived at the hotel. I realize having to work under some circumstances are not pleasant but a little more gentleness with the guests would have been appreciated. Needless to say, we all got thouroughly soaked. |

We stayed at this hotel for our last night in Madrid because of its close proximity to the airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport. However it is far from the city centre and the train station. But if you are looking to catch your flight early in the morning then this is a good place to stay and great value for the money. |

The hotel is situated a bit far from Alameda De Osuna metro station, so it was a little quest to find our destination :-) The hotel is a little bit old and needs some renovation, however our room was clean and tidy, had large bathroom and an attic. Hotel's shuttle to the airport was on time and it took about 20 minutes to get to T4 (keep in mind, it was early in the morning). The major dissapoinment for me was wi-fi service - it costs 6 euros per hour. But if you are looking for the hotel situated somewhere between metro station and airport, with good connection to the transport facilities mentioned, Tryp Diana would be good enough for it. |
