The location was great. The room was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The internet access was expensive and did not work that well. |

Good location-city centre,main street.Clean rooms. A bit noisy from the main street at night time, even that there was double glass. |

Convenient location near the Metro. Room was clean and comfortable and a decent size. Helpful staff. No bar. Room too hot at night. Aircon didn't seem to function. Couldn't get a bottle of water in the middle of the night as the vending machine was broken. Too much noise from the street getting into room. Spaniards make great use of their horns and sirens especially around 4.30AM!! |

The room were of a nice size. The personnel were very helpful The lighting in the room was very dim. Hard to see what you are doing when putting on make-up. Also this is the only hotel that required you to pay for using the internet. |

Closeness to facilities and city sights, easy to get around. Lots to see and do nearby and places to eat. Room bit jaded, balcony door we had trouble shutting and shame no seats on balcony to sit on. |

Actually breakfast was really good for an European country. And also the location. You go out the hotel and then you see the metro. Thats really good. The room was not modern and newly furnished.Also it was really cold. |

the location, the breakfast, the comfort of the room there is an internet in the hotel including 2 computer for costumer use but you have to pay and you cant put in your camera to see/copy photos... its just for internet... |

Spacious and nicely decorated room, luxurious bathroom, good breakfast buffet (although a bit expensive), central location, luxury at small price, no street noice, would definately come back Breakfast (eventhough very nice) expensive, internet is paid, reception area is not as glamorous as the rooms |

Good location: in the main street, many shops, bars just out of hotel, most tourist places are in the walk distance, 2 minutes metro stop. Some of the staff was very unprofessional (girl in reception wit Cavalli glases), they didn't find in computers that we already paid for the room, so we spend 1 hour "fighting" with them and after that they even didn't said sorry or something .... |

It was very clean , modern design , hag everything but shampoo and conditioner. Overall we were happy. Like i sad , they did not have shampoo after i even asked for from the front desk. |

Although the room is not big, the bunk made it quite spacious. The location is also good. Receptionists were helpful. Better information about how to get to the hotel by car, as it is not allowed to park/stop the car in Gran Via. |
