The staff was very freindly and also accomodating. The hotel was easy to reach by train and travelling around the city was not to far. The ambience in the lobby was very good with comfortable chairs and a bar to relax when you come in after a hectic evening. |

Rooms at the back of the hotel are nice and quiet. They should keep the elevator area clean of empty boxes. |

This hotel is very well positioned right on Gran Via, approx. 25 minutes and 25-30 euro's from Barajas Airport. Traffic can be a bit noisy with emergency siren's going almost constantly |

The room itself was excellent however see below.breakfast was also excellent Yes. The room faced the very busy Grand Via and did not have double glazing. It was extremely noisy. Sounds of emergency vehicles and strret noise resulted in a very poor and interrupted sleep. Destroyed and otherwise excellent hotel. |

perfect location if your objectives are: art, night and shopping. free wifi. not a 4 stars. more like a glorified hostel. very unpolite front desk clerk. there were odd packages (tvs, tvboxes, rugs, and so on) stored in the hallways of every floor. very very noisy cleaning ladies (this is the gay movida zone, most guests sleep in). one night, there was no water for long hours with no explanation from the hotel. |

I've definitely appreciated the location, it's really in the center of Madrid, less than 1 min far from the Gran Via metro station, and a few minutes far from the "Km 0" |

Clean, good staff, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, close to metro. My room faced the Gran Via and it was very noisy with all the cars. |

Great location for exploring Madrid, very clean, room was quite small, but this wasn't an inconvenient. We had not breakfast at the hotel, 16 euros/person beeing expensive. You can eat in the same area paying the same amount for two people(for example is a small restaurant called Vitamina 20 m to hotel). It was one from the staff who uploaded laundry in a truck at 3:30 AM. It was very noisy for 20 minutes in the both days we stayed there. He should find another way to do this thing. |

This hotel is the best I have stayed in Madrid so far. Great location, extremely clean and very comfortable. Also, we asked for a bright room and they were kind enough to give us one on the 4th floor overlooking Gran Via, so we did not only have light but also great view. We will definitely stay there again. |

The hotel was very clean. Staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room which was well equipped and adequate in size. Although the hotel is very central, once inside our room it was completely quiet. |

Great value. Also, the hotel is ideally located to major city attractions. The lobby is really nice. The mattress was very hard. Otherwise, I enjoyed the experience. |

I liked the fact that, as a party of three, not one of us had anything to complain about over a period of six days. Great location for exploring Madrid. Blissfully cool in the heat of the city and although we had a tiny 4th floor viewing balcony overlooking Gran Via the door technology completely protected us from the noise of the street. Efficient, friendly staff. |
