The nice attention like a bottle of wine, a rose (for New Year) but, you can expect that in a 5-star hotel We arrived there and were given a room at the 4th floor: but so hot, like a sauna, even with every airco, heating off. We explained the problem at the reception desk. They said they would check it. Obviously, they could not resolve it as seen as when we got back in the room, the window was open. We could not really imagine to sleep with no air, and with the window open, so we asked for another room. We got it on the 3d floor. We finally got to know from a staff member that all rooms on the 4th floor have a (big) heating problem. We thought, it's not because we have a good deal with booking.com that we have to get a very low, crappy comfort room. Good deals, bad rooms ? Nice staff, but definitely not a 5star hotel |

The perfect location just in the middle of the most interesting sites of Madrid.Walking distance to museums,restaurants and shopping. Overheating and changing towels every day.A waste and not good for the environment! |

Very conveniently located a few steps away from Madrid's major museums, the hotel is comfortableand well-designed. The staff is professional and courteous. The hotel could use some sound proofing for its guest rooms. I was often awakened by telephone conversations originating in the room next to, above, or below mine. |

Good location. Attractice hotel. Attentive staff. Facilities inadequate for five star rating. Mattresses painfully hard. Shower head not working well and not fixed in the two days we were there. Room was hot at night and the air conditioner was not working( Opening window took care of this) |

Η άψογη περιποίηση από όλο το προσωπικό, τα ωραία δωμάτια (μεγάλα, με καθιστικό, δρύϊνο δάπεδο, μαρμάρινο μπάνιο, πολλές ντουλάπες), η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ως προς τα μουσεία και τα καταστήματα. να μάθουν αγγλικά όλοι οι υπάλληλοι του room service! δεν επιτρέπεται σε πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο να μην μιλάνε όλοι οι υπάλληλοι τουλάχιστον αγγλικά! |

El hotel es excelente, se encuentra muy bien situado en el centro de Madrid, cuy cerca de los teatros de la Calle Gran Via, el personal encantador y muy detallista, la decoración del hotel es preciosa y las habitaciones impresionantes.
