the location is centeral and very conventient. I was given a very good room the highest floor where I could see the the whole gran via street. Clean, very comfortable, no noise. The room had only two pin socket and do not have a 3 pin adoptor, I had to go and buy from market.No complimentary stuff like water, coffee, and tea. No Concierge services when requested. The internet data cable the hotel can be provided but will have to deposit 10 Euro, which I suggest you to bring your own data cable. |

wonderfull location hotel was very good. we prefered to stay in the hotel sometimes instead of going out. it was interestinf that bath was bigger than the room... i was scared a bit when i read that rooms are small but they are not actually bed is o big so that it is relatively has small area to walk around but no matter because it has another room with wardrobe between bedroom and bathroom to put your stuff and baggages etc... there is a cinema narbly and sometimes its noise comes not loud but it vibrates a bit. I wish the cinema had more isolation... There was free internet with cable cable is also free but i wish it had wireless , you had to sit near the wall to use the internet with that cable and it is unconfortable |

Fantastic location, bargain price for a boutique hotel. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. We were able to check in when we arrived in Madrid at 9am then got a free upgrade to a superior room which was beautiful. Lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. |

The hotel location is really great !!! you can reach any part of the city with jsut walking. plus many shops, supermarkets are very much close to the hotel, few minutes walking. hotel was not clean, the rooms were very small. |

The staff was helpful. Location is perfect. Service was good. The room was too tiny; there was not enough space for two people. There was not enough light in the room: the lightening was more appropriate for a casino and not a hotel room. |

The room was big and spacious - we think it may have been one of the types of suites. The windows spanned around the room and let in lots of light. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at reception and also given vouchers for complimentary mojitos in the hotel bar. For the size of the room, which seemed to be larger than a normal room, our room was classified as a double, however the bed was made of two twins (not just two beds together, but actually made with separate linen to form two twins pushed together). |

The hotel is in a great location for seeing Madrid by walking. The staff is friendly. Although it can be noisy outside you are not bothered once in the hotel. |

A design historical building ideally placed at the centre of Madrid. The hotel has been recently refurbished... unfortunately, with poor material, everything stands poorly in place. The lighting system: if one goes to the toilet and turns the light on, the room goes gloom... or the contrary... if one turns on the headbed reading light, the same... we have been told that, to have independent lighting - autonomous lighting for each room, or different lightings as the headbead one - one should pay for it... I had never seen such a clumsily lighting device in all my travelling life!!! |
