The location was best part of staying at this hotel. It is very central and near gallaries, restaurants and the metro. The hotel rooms were small with modern decor. We got a room with a window which was nice but they only have two single beds in these rooms. The bathrooms are really nice and big with two basins, bath and powerful shower. We found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful. Internet access cost €9 per hour which I thought was unreasonable. |

The staff were excellent - friendly and knowledgable. The room was designed and finished to a high standard, was clean - and we had an excellent terrace! Noise from the corridor and the roof-mounted air conditioning units outside could be heard. Not loud enough to disturb sleep, though. |

location excellent! near shopping and all the sights of madrid. we asked for a front side room because of previous comments on booking.com. Perfect! quiet room ,large enough, not cramped as people commented. Especially the breakfast was great, also because the staff were very kind and just lovely. nothing, just great. |

yes, i liked my stay at the hotel. the staff is very professional and kind. the breakfast is very tasty! in the center of madrid, close to all famous points of interest! as i come about midnight - and the bar closes at 11p.m. - it would better to have tea cattle in the room. |

There is free internet in the room and it was clean. And the hotel is very near the metro station so it is very convenient for us to go around the place. |

Very centrally placed for visiting all the cultural spots. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and all spoke good English. |

The location is excellent for a tourist. The breakfast had a varied selection. The room was well appointed. Well, this "zen" tendency in the decoration is a bit overdone and frankly tiring. Very dark wood colors mixed with orange colours all around. Please... |

La situación es excelente, además el servicio es discreto y efectivo. La habitación era interior, poco iluminada y algo ruidosa. |

Es un hotel bastante moderno y en el centro de Madrid donde los hoteles son bastanate antiguos. La habitación era interior y no habia ningun ruido. Muy amble todo el personal. Lo recomiendo porque el precio es como el de otros hoteles centricos pero es muy moderno, limpio y silencioso. Sin duda repetiremos. En unos pasos estás en la puerta del sol. Nada. Lo unico malo es que el parking en el centro de Madrid es caro , mas de 20 Euros al día y el hotel no tiene parking. Nosotros no contratamos desayuno, en la zona se desyuna en cualquier sitio. |
