Sehr spezielles Frühstücksbuffet, aber auch entsprechend teuer. Nettes Personal. Sehr spezielles Design was die Innenausstattung betrifft, teilw. Aber übersteilt und nicht mehr funktionell. Zimmer eher klein und etwas ringhörig. Die ganze Innenausstattung des Hotels wirkt einwenig gedrungen. |

Sehr gute Lage. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlicher Bedienung. Sauberes Zimmer. Kleines Zimmer. Nur mit wenig Gepäck bewohnbar (und daher für Städtereisende ok). Bei offenem Fenster zu laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster eher mit Air Condition. Duschkabine verlangt sorgsames Duschen, da ansonsten Überschwemmung des Badezimmers wahrscheinlich. |

Es ist irreführend wenn man erst in der Hotelbestätigung feststellen muss dass das Frühstück nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist. Dies obwohl das Frühstück immer wieder als Pluspunkt im Angebot aufgeführt wird. |

liegtr ziemlich im Zentrum Ringhörigkeit des Zimmers, Zmmerfläche sehr klein und sehr schlechte Beleuchtung im Badezimmer. Hotelzimmer entspricht einem 3-Stern Hotel!! |

Hotellage äußerst zentral, in zu nächtlichen Zeiten ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen. Frühstücksauswahl und Güte excellent. Die Temperatur in den Räumlichkeiten in denen das Frühstück serviert wurde fanden wir zu hoch. |

The location was best part of staying at this hotel. It is very central and near gallaries, restaurants and the metro. The hotel rooms were small with modern decor. We got a room with a window which was nice but they only have two single beds in these rooms. The bathrooms are really nice and big with two basins, bath and powerful shower. We found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful. Internet access cost €9 per hour which I thought was unreasonable. |

The staff were excellent - friendly and knowledgable. The room was designed and finished to a high standard, was clean - and we had an excellent terrace! Noise from the corridor and the roof-mounted air conditioning units outside could be heard. Not loud enough to disturb sleep, though. |

location excellent! near shopping and all the sights of madrid. we asked for a front side room because of previous comments on booking.com. Perfect! quiet room ,large enough, not cramped as people commented. Especially the breakfast was great, also because the staff were very kind and just lovely. nothing, just great. |

yes, i liked my stay at the hotel. the staff is very professional and kind. the breakfast is very tasty! in the center of madrid, close to all famous points of interest! as i come about midnight - and the bar closes at 11p.m. - it would better to have tea cattle in the room. |

There is free internet in the room and it was clean. And the hotel is very near the metro station so it is very convenient for us to go around the place. |
