Fascinating new design, excellent location, pleasant staff. Some details could be improved: not possible to see where to insert the card inside the room to turn on the light, without a flash light, some led indication or similar should be installed. The fillings between the wall tiles in the bath room were to a large degree missing in our room. The floor was of a 'plastic type'' of covering that we found 'too cheap'. Otherwise excellent. |

Perfect location. All the important places of interest within walking distance. However quiet. Four star hotels I am used to are slightly more reasonable. |

Very comfortable room - nice also to have a bath. Good position - close to a great restaurant precinct and very close to the Thyssen and Prada museums. Free wifi in the room. Altho friendly, the concierge could be more knowledgeable about the area and attractions. A work desk would have been appreciated. Lighting was very dim. |

The location is perfect if you want to visit the amazing museums El Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza. There are hundreds of all kind of places to get something to eat or drink in the vicinity. Our room faced onto a very noisy street, where people passing by or drinking just a few metres from under our balcony kept shouting all through the night. |

Great location in the Barrio de las Letras, close to Plaza Santa Ana etc. Design and furnishing of the room and hotel were excellent. The air conditioning in the room only worked intermittently. As we were only in the hotel for one evening, there was little to be done about this. |

Excellent location. The hotel is comfortable and has a nice design, although the lobby area and entrance are not, in our perspective and from a practical point of view, well planned. |

The room is very modern and you cannot here any noise from neighboring rooms. the black-out shades make it really easy to sleep. The beds were firm - you have to like that. |

Very good location, quiet, nice hotel staff. Although the breakfast was a bit expensive (17 €/pers), it is a delicious big buffet and presented in a very beautiful manner. |

The hotel is really nice, as well as the location. When we paid at check-out, we were asked if we want a receipt only after paying (which was strange in itself), only to find out that we had paid for a minibar consumption we never actually consumed. As it was to late, we did not feel like complaining, but we will certainly not go back to this hotel. |

The hotel was near the centre of Madrid (15 minutes by foot), easy accessible (250 m away of each of the two near subway stations) and only 5 minutes away from Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen. The rooms are quite small. |

Equidistant to galleries, shopping and station (Atocha). Quiet. Good cervaceria's nearby on calle de cervantes and calle de jesus. Good cafe for breakie near by too. Really enjoyed our stay and the rates we got were good. We got so lost going on the address on the website, still haven't worked out why the directions didn't get us there (walking from atocha) |

I actually didn't stay more than a couple of hours because it wasn't exactly what I expected. Yes. I didn't like the fact that it is a maze and that it's a very dark building. I also didn't like the fact that there was no bar or restaurant service by the time I arrived, 3pm. |

The hotel is excellent! the decoration and the location were a very positive surprise. Located in the center of the city surrounded by nice places to dine out and explore. The rooms are very classy. The personnel from the day-shift were very helpful and nice. The night shift was rude and arrogant. |
