Faultless location in old city with seaport-facing room with sunny balcony and wonderful top floor roof terrace restaurant and pool. Staff friendly and professional. Comfortable and well-styled room and public areas. |

The location was excellent and the proximity to rail and bus networks enabled us to explore other parts of Andalucia. The free mini bar was very welcome! Although our visit was in December / January the room was too warm and we were told there was no air conditioning. As this is a city centre hotel, it was too noisy to sleep with windows open. (The hotel allowed us to change rooms, but the downside was that the view was onto a wall) |

Location of hotel for sightseeing and access to cheap public transport was excellent. Free minibar (although very limited choice) was a nice welcoming touch - not found if many hotels. |

Spacious suite beautifully designed. Fantastic view of the harbour. Close to all services. Helpful staff when we needed taxis or bus tour connections. The room service menu was limited and not good value. |

Superb location for a Malaga city break. Very close to all the main attractions of the old town including Cathedral, Alcazabar, Picasso museum and all the fine old bars. Roof top bar/terrace and open air swimming pool particularly impressive with stunning views. |

The room was big and the balcony had a great view of the water. The hotel was also near the center of the city and made it very easy to get around The buffet breakfast was overpriced |

Location was excellent, room was very nice with a great view , views from the room top were very spectacular. 1. gym does not open till 8AM , we had to leave for airport at 7:30AM 2. No place to get coffee before 8AM other than room service which was 6 euro's for cups of cold coffee. 3. It was advertised that there was a bar on the roof top with a view of the city, the view was there but no bar service, had to use lobby bar no view. What a waste. 4. TV had 2 English channels CNN and Bloomberg no BBC. 5. If you only have one day there maybe OK but more its a waste of a great location. 6. Hotel management seemed to not care if we were there or not.7. Advertised free mini bar , 2 beers , 2 waters 2 soda's , no booze or ice or glasses other than bathroom glasses. |

Comfort and high standard of facilities. Room very clean and well equipped. Upgraded to superior room at no extra charge. Bar area was closed and alternative offered was far too small for the size of hotel. |

I had a very nice stand at ac Malaga. The room has a good size, nice design and a great bathroom. Free soft drinks in the Malaga summer heat was welcome. I felt the hotel was too big for the staff to give the personal service for all clients. |

We like the bar area, the bedrooms, proximity of the hotel to the main city and general ambience On the first evening we found the rooms too hot however after mentioning this to reception we were given a fan to use. |

No free hotel wi-fi in lobby or rooms is an absolute disgrace as people need to access e-mail whilst traveling - an hour at eur 8 that elapses from the time the account is activated is not adequate. |
