Die sehr zentrale Lage: einerseits zum Stadtzentrum, andererseits zum Busbahnhof und Bahnhof. Im Hotel gibt es einen relativ günstigen Getränkeautomaten. Das Personal war freundlich.

Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht gerade schön. Das Zimmer war klein.

Nur ca. 5 Min. Fussweg zur Alameda Principal, von wo die meisten Buslinien abfahren (auch Flughafenbus). In 10 Minuten ist man in der Fussgängerzone/Altstadt. Grosses Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett. Zimmer mit Balkon. Kühlschrank im Zimmer zum selber füllen. Endlich ein Hotel in welchem die Badetücher wirklich nur gewechselt werden wenn man sie auf den Boden legt.

Umgebung des Hotels nicht besonders schön und teilweise mit unangenehmen Gerüchen. Frühstück etwas dürftig, aber für den Preis OK. Kalkecken im Badezimmer. Aussentüre des Hotels manchmal tagsüber abgeschlossen, aber nach Klingeln wird immer gleich geöffnet. Keine Haken, kaum Regale, nur Stange mit Kleiderbügeln.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Wir bekamen noch etwas zu Essen, obwohl die Küche nicht mehr besetzt war.

The service was beyond compare. We needed to get bus tickets from Malaga to Madrid. The options were basically telephone and internet, both of which would be a language struggle for us. The staff were wonderful in walking us step-by-step through the online process.

It's a little hard to find, off on a small sidestreet with no place to unload from a vehicle outside of the line of traffic. The desk clerk was able to open a covered garage for us to put the vehicle to unload, but it was a bit of a nuisance blocking traffic in the interim.

Hotel location was very good, close to the bus station for Torremolinos and to the central bus and train station. Sraff at the hotel is extremely helpful, breakfast was rich, products fresh. The hotel has its own parking at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and spacious

there is no option for package breakfast for early check out, so if your plane is early you will miss the breakfast for which you have paid

The location was great, everything interesting like the historical city centre, museums and beach could be reached by feet in a few minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful und the rooms clean. Really good breakfast...saturdays and sundays even until 11 a.m

Sometimes it was a bit loud because the walls of the rooms are very thin

Very helpful and friendly staff speaking good English. Excellent location, close to the main tourist attractions and to the sea. Well equipped and spacious bathroom. Modest but but tasty breakfast.
