perfect location for mini-break, combination of chilled (in winter)pedestrianised seafront, and city of malaga on doorstep. we stayed this time with 2 small children in the apartments next to hotel and it was safe and easy. kids played for hours in front of us on sand while we relaxed on hotel terrace with drink.. its a 45 mins seafront walk into Malaga or really frequent bus, perfectly accessible with double buggy. no car needed - hurray! loved it but stayed before so knew what to expect. facilities in hotel and location are minimal and beach is basic and close to port/city so might not want to swim there; we were happy with that but good to know before you go. |

It is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Malaga with a sea view and cosy fish restaurants around. Easy access to the city center by bus and you have a possibility to have a nice walk on the Maritimo El Pedregalo promenade. Warm jacuzzi on the roof is simply fantastic. No internet in the room |

The Hotel is very nice with small number of rooms and a very nice roof top with hot tub and a sauna. The view is fantastic. I also liked the nice bar and restaurant on the main floor right on the beach. The free breakfast was also very nice. I wished I knew little more Spanish! |

Excellent location, beautiful view of the ocean and the restaurant has excellent service.. No parking available, you must park in the street ..also breakfest is served from 0930-1200.. |

Hotel located right on the beach, and because we went in winter, relatively quiet and peaceful, except at night when all of the drunks stay up in the cafe downstairs drinking on a weekend |

Very good value! The hotel is located in front of Pedregalejo's beach. The staff is really kind and polite and the room is quite confortable. Yet, the bar of the hotel is very good - both for breakfast and for some evening drinks. I'd grade hotel La Chancla as 10! No. Everything was good. |

Totally sweet small hotel directly at the beach. Complimentary fruits in the room every day. Jacuzzi on the roof is a nice feature. Very nice people who run the restaurant and hotel. Room and bed where small for two people. |

Right on the beach. The receptionist spoke mainly spanish which i liked and the bar was the best in malaga. Very few other british. |

A very nice hotel in a good location: just in front of the beach in a resort area with bars/restaurants would be nice to have a guest parking.. Staff people are nice and friendly but sometimes it is difficult to catch them in the reception/bar. |

The relaxed atmosphere, the clean rooms, the proximity with the beach, and the jacuzzi on the roof top. The fresh juices and popcorn. The Mojitos are excellent. The staff should make more of an effort to speak english or french. |

The location is perfect, just 10 meters to sea. There is jacuzzi on the roof. The room is very small, it is difficult to live for two people. |
