Die Nähe zur Altstadt, Gestaltung des Zimmers. Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Türen fielen immer mit einem lautem Knall ins Schloss, weil es eine Feder bei der Schliessvorrichtung hatte (z.B. wurde man vom Nachbarn um 7 Uhr früh mit einem lauten Knall geweckt !). Auf den Tablaren in den Schränken lag Staub. Dürftige TV-Kanäle (nur ein deutsches Programm). |

sehr freundliches Personal, Rezeption, Zimmerpflege und Reperaturen sehr zuvorkommend schnell und fleissig, Nachtportier "Alvaro" sehr professionnel und hilfsbereit, Ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre, diskret, zentrale Lage des Hotels, Swimmingpool gut, aber ein wenig klein Frühstück ist zu teuer! |

I liked the decoration z.B. in den Gängen; das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet um zu Fuss in die alte Stadt zu gehen (nur 10 Minuten bis zur Kathedrale) das Zimmer ist sehr klein, nur 1 deutsches Fernsehprogramm (ein Privatsender mit sehr wenig interessantem Programm, keine Nachrichten); das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig; es ist schwierig,zum Parkplatz zu kommen, mus muss ca.5 Minuten durch sehr enge Einbahnstrassen fahren, der Parkplatz kostet 12 Euro pro Tag, was ich teuer fand |

günstige Lage, dicht am Stadtkernmanche Zimmer haben eine Extratür zum schlafzimmer, was wegen der Ruhe sehr angenehm ist die zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich (stilistisch), z.T. sehr modern, wirken sehr Clean, das ist angenehm, andere Zimmer sind regelrecht "altbacken", wirken leicht chaotisch |

The bedroom was delightfully furnished and decorated and the bathroom was large and spacious and both were spotlessly clean and smelled fresh and fragrant Did not like having coffee from coffee machine when having breakfast in the hotel, hotel staff were not very welcoming. We asked where hotel pool was and the receptionist failed to inform us we could hire towels from them we only found out when we reached the sixth floor pool by which time we had gone off the idea of a dip. Also the pool was too cold to use. |

the staff were extremly helpfull regards finding our way around the city . lots of hot water to relax in after a days site seeing . my wife is spanish so it helps but the staff speak english well,so no problem . |

The hotel was ideally situated to the old town sites and the shopping. The beach was a nice 15 min walk. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and efficient. The jewel in the crown was the beautiful roof top sun terrace, lovely to relax with your book in the evening sunshine after a busy day taking in the sites. |
